Don't even think about ordering!

Placed order 05/12/2025 still not received order,customer service assured that they would track the order and let me know when it would arrive-nothing. I pointed out that they were Xmas presents for my granddaughter to help with her disabilities and anxiety-and I had to spend a lot of time calming her down. They told me I should have ordered sooner and they were busy with Xmas orders-not mine !

Kids love the toys, delivery time and customer service leave much to be desired..

Ordered THREE of these on the 14th December for Christmas - like others got the 'hope you snugly has arrived..' email a few days ago - only today, over 5 weeks later, has ONE arrived. Not holding my breath on word about the other two. Beyond angry with this company. Still no response from the email I sent questioning the delivery timeframe. Customer service is non-existent, and the website is full of false advertising.

Addit Feb 11: after a few emails and a lot of frustration, I got back on the website and submitted another chase up through the ‘contact us’ section. I got a reply nearly immediately and the 2 missing toys within the week. No idea what their original hold up was or why emails are not responded to but for anyone having issues, give the website contact section a go!

Absolutely dreadful - Rip Off

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered in December in time for Christmas but received no confirmation or acknowledgement. When chased I was advised they had no record of my order - even though I had the screenshot from their website with the order number and payment had been made through Apple Pay. Two months later and still no response.
This is incredibly poor service and what seems to be like a rip off - take your money and hide behind not responding on emails. No telephone number to call.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not order from this company!

I placed the order on 12/12/2025. The website stated I would have the item before Christmas. I dont believe there was ever any chance of getting this item before Christmas. Once I got the tracking, it looked like it was coming from China. All emails are AI and I have had no human responses to my chaser emails or they have been completely ignored. Its been over a month and no item. I am about to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Don't order from them.

Never received.

Placed my order. Got a notification that a label was printed for shipping. My card was charged. 3 weeks later, they still hadn’t actually shipped my order. Wrote customer service. Got a canned response saying tracking hasn’t updated and they will look into it and reach back out. No one reached back out. Wrote customer service again. Got the same response. No one reached out. Wrote customer service again, the same happened. It was then 3 weeks later. So it's been 6 weeks since placing my order and it's still showing it never shipped. Customer service has never reached back out with info. I stopped getting canned responses to my request. I charged back on my credit card. Don’t waste your time ordering from Snugly.

Really disappointed

Ordered Dec 5th, no delivery, no response from company, feel like I've been scammed. A stress relieving item that is doing nothing but causing stress with it's absence.

Terrible customer service

Ordered from that back in December, no product received. One email was replied to saying they would sort something out. Have sent 9 more emails asking for a refund, no repsonse whatsoever.
Absolutely terrible customer service - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Update 04/02/2026 - I have now, todate send them 22 emails and had absolutely no response apart from, and the irony of it, a generic email asking me if I am happy with the product! You couldn't make this up! Avoid this company unless you have money to throw away.

NO, my Snuglies have still not arrived & no direct response from their useless Customer Support!

Item fine, delivery & customer service…

Item fine but delivery and customer service abysmal. Ordered a snugly weighted bear? Dont expect it anytime soon and don’t expect any help from customer service and the tracking information provided? It’s about as trustworthy as Donald Trump
