Never got my items

Never got my items. Had to dispute the charge. After bugging them they sent a tracking number but nothing's was ever sent. Do not buy from this company it is a scam! I did get my money back through the credit card company

Do not use this company

Ordered on 18th December and like everyone else I have not had my products. One response to first customer service email but nothing further. I’ve requested a refund through my bank. Wish I’d looked at reviews first!

3 weeks and one automated email.

SCAM - Items never received - take action!

Items never received (ordered 08/12/25 as Christmas gifts), no tracking information available, all requests for a refund ignored. For anyone who has had the same experience in the UK, I recommend doing all of the following (which I have now done):
- Report Snugly to the Competition and Markets authority (the more people that complain the more likely they will take action)
- Make a formal data subject access request from Snugly for all personal data it holds about you. Snugly is legally required to comply with this in 30 days. Also ask Snugly to provide details of how it is lawfully transferring your personal data to China (again Snugly is legally required to provide you with this information and I very much doubt they are doing this in a legal way). If you do not get a response, report Snugly to the UK Information Commissioner (again, the more people who complain, the more likely they will take action).
- Raise a complaint with your credit card provider, paypal or other method you used to make payment. Snugly will appeal this but I understand that if they do not issue a refund or deliver the item within a 3 week window, the payment provider will automatically recover your money.

I hope this helps someone. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!

LOOKS LIKE AN ORGANISED SCAM

This company clearly looks like a very organised SCAM. I would contact trading standards to report your purchase. Im doing so right now. Ordered in December and not received products yet. Had many automated responses from 'Sarah Sayer' (probably a fabricated person) assuring me its on its way.

Absolutely Awful - Avoid!

I ordered a product from this company in mid-December. I have not received this product over a month later. I contacted customer service and got one reply - it was generic, probably AI response advising they will investigate and get back to me.

Since then, I've emailed them multiple times and heard nothing. They have effectively stolen my money, as the terrible tracking website they provided shows the item hasn't left China or had any updates since 29th December.

The website just directs you to an email address when you have an issue - no phone numbers, and all addresses are in China. I'm effectively being ghosted. Avoid like the plague!

UPDATE: This product arrived today (09/02/26) - 54 days after originally ordering, which is better than nothing. However, this review score remains unchanged, as Snugly have done nothing and returned none of my messages. Absolutely awful communication, and frankly dodgy business practices.

Ordered red panda and assured would…

Ordered red panda and assured would receive for Xmas.
Meanwhile still have not received the item and customer support not replying to emails
Don’t be fooled very disappointed I wasted my money and that my daughter missed out on one of her Xmas presents

Ordered before Christmas, has never arrived.

Ordered just before Christmas. Tracking provided does not show anything at all. Customer service replied to me once, and then has not replied since. I would suggest steering well clear of this company.

Con artists.

Ordered mid December with a promise of delivery in time for Christmas.
Its now 25th Jan and I still haven't received the order.
No option for a refund, no replies from customer services, no detailed tracking information!

Item never recieved

The item ordered on 10th December, has not arrived. They say it will arrive. 6 weeks and still no sign of it. They won't refund or contact me any more.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Item never received

I ordered on the 19th December and still haven’t received despite the 7-10 working day delivery time. I had 1 response to an email saying the tracking wasn’t matching their dates and they’d look into it. Since then all other emails have been ignored.

Ordered two Snugly on December 10th

Ordered two Snugly on December 10th. Still no sign of them and no replies to my emails.
Update
Received my 2 Snugly today Jan 29th and they are gorgeous. Delighted to finally get them. They are most likely from China but I’m happy with them apart from the awful customer service and long wait time.

Do not order through these. Easily obtained through amazon. As I have now seen on here everyone has experienced the same promise 'receive by Christmas' then a generic well look into you order email and nothing else since. 6 weeks and 2 disappointed children later. Il try get my money back through a chargeback claim on card. They don't deserve your well earned money

I’d put zero if I could

I’d put zero if I could. Scam
Company. Says tracking is with Royal Mail. It isn’t . It’s fake tracking I assume as it’s been the same for 5 weeks. Ordered for Xmas and still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent SO MANY emails with no reply. Avoid.
