I was a bit nervous about getting a new duvet but it was all worth it. So snuggly and although slightly 'noisy' it is much more dense than our previous one and easy to wrap around your body without getting too hot.

I bought a Goose and feather down duvet a couple of years ago. The filling has over time moved toward the edges of the duvet. I've been told there are small holes in each section of the duvet where the goose feathers are blown into when manufactured. These holes are not subsequently sown up. Over time the feathers has moved through these holes and lumped up at the edges of the duvet. Repeated attempts to contact the company have failed. This morning the phone system just cut me off 3 times then a message said the company was now closed for the day? The duvet is unusable but before I discard it I wanted to feed back my experience. The company however does not want to answer my concerns.

Well package, arrived a day early

After sales email responses are appalling. I have emailed three times regarding an issue and have yet to get a reply. Disappointed.

Very disappointed, I ordered a bauble from them on 30th November and still haven't received it, I've tried to contact the company via there link on website and nobody has gotten back to me. Really not happy with the company or the service.

Paid for express delivery but didn’t get it. Duvet seems fine.

Easy to use the website. The pillows arrived well wrapped, on time, as advised in email updates.
Warned that the pillows would smell a little. They did. Clear instructions on receipt of the pillows as to how to manage this, and to plump them up, which they did. You can feel the feathers, however they do not distract from the comfort of the pillows.

Unfortunately I have not received my Snuggledown duvet yet.😒

Very good quality product but don’t feel it gets as hot as I would have expected.

The filling is in individual squares and therefore stays evenly distributed which is why I chose it, It is very light and warm and has a high quality feel. Very pleased with it.

I can recommend this product. I ordered the double size and it covers the bed from head to toe. It's 9 settings mean you can be really cosy when it's cold outside or you can just warm up your feet if you have cold toes. It's really "Snuggledown".
