JeJu maxi dress ( small )

Ordered the JeJu maxi dress. True to size and stunning dress however the seam was faulty causing the seam to stick out on the side and the dress also smelt of bleach!

Sndys happily refunded however did not refund the entire amount ( -$10 ) which I think is wrong when the item was faulty.

Terrible product quality

Terrible product quality. Runs way to small and don’t offer exchange unless you live in Australia. They want to charge $30 for me to return the item and I’m only in New Zealand. Also $100 for a top that is 100% polyester. Do not buy from them

Absolutely outrageous international experience – beware EU customers!

I was genuinely excited to place my first order with SNDYS. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into frustration and disappointment.

I placed a modest order of ~€117 (after discount), only to be hit with a staggering €86 in taxes and fees upon delivery — that's nearly 74% of the order value. No warning, no transparency, no support. Just a demand to pay or lose the package.

Their customer service responded once with a copy-paste reply blaming "your local customs". But let’s be clear: duties are not a black box. How a sender prepares the declaration — including item category, shipping method, and whether local taxes were already collected — significantly impacts the outcome. SNDYS takes no responsibility for this, even though they collected Australian GST and now I’m being charged EU VAT on top. That’s double taxation, and they offer no solution.

Even worse? If I refuse the package due to the insane fees, I still lose money. Their policy punishes returns with even more deductions. So I’m stuck paying absurd fees for a package I haven't even received.

No transparency. No accountability. No willingness to help.

Unless SNDYS radically changes how they handle international orders — and stops trapping customers in this nightmare — I strongly recommend EU shoppers to stay away.

Absolutely disgraceful experience.

Shocking
Not only do you pay your own return postage expenses, they charge you a fee.
And the item was made for a child, not an adult size xs.

Absolute trash.

The worst quality clothing I’ve ordered in a long time. First time ordering from them and every single item is terrible quality. Honestly do not recommend. I have had shein products that are better. Cheap, smelly and shitty materials that are poorly sized and see through. Don’t waste your time. The sale is tempting, but it’s there for a reason. Sent the wrong sizes, clothes were sweaty and stunk and they were awful quality. So disappointing. I was looking forward to finding a new brand to shop with.

I placed my order on May 9th

I placed my order on May 9th , it is now May 24th and they haven’t shipped my order . I emailed and they said the items are pre order items and will ship end of this month! I didn’t recall any of my items to be pre ordered and went online to double check if the items I ordered were indeed pre order, and there were not! Not the colors I picked anyways and my invoice has nothing to note they are pre ordered. I’m now going to call my credit card and report them as they are not even responding to my email. So disappointed! I ordered most of my clothes from revolve and never had a problem once! If you reside in North America better to order from Revolve .

Great online store...

Great online store.... ordered outfit which was true to size and great quality. Love it. Customer service from Sndys team was fantastic and once despatched very quick delivery. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Not worth it

If ordering to Europe, think twice. Ten custom fees are higher than the product value. Then to return they charge 30€ for return label. Terrible experience.

Spend your money elsewhere

They were advertising a spend over $300 and receive a free beach bag and cap. I purposely spent over this amount, in which my cart showed the extra items and I had to agree to the T&Cs of the item. Parcel comes without the additional items. Followed up with them and they said the website glitched and shouldn’t have offered the bundle as they were running another promotion. Absolutely poor customer service as I purposely spent over $300 for the bundle and guess what, no refunds! Have ordered SNDYS clothes many times through the Iconic and I won’t be supporting their business again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Terrible!!!!! if I could I would give zero stars. The website is misleading in sizing information and they run the business like children. I wanted to exchange my skirt for a bigger size. so I paid the expensive shipping fees and then they respond sorry we don't the the size you want in stock. They autherise exchange with no promise it will still be in stock. I emailed them saying im happy to wait till the size is in stock and they won't even send the skirt so I can sell it back. out of all thing I get a credit note to give them even more money. worst costumer service!

Haven’t received correct item

Ordered a item, received the incorrect item. Emailed to let them know, received a response telling me to sort out booking a courier and return label then once the item is returned they will send the correct one. Have sent emails since with no reply. Terrible customer service. Worst company I’ve ever delt with.
