My daughter bought a dress for her sports ball. It is v.poor quality & did not fit. She is a student with v.little money to spare and asked for a full refund (via email) as she has been given a gift card which she does not want due to the poor quality. She has had a reply back now stating no refund can be given as not returned in original state. This is an absolute lie as it was returned in original state & packaging. She just wants her money back!!! This is so frustrating. Just refund her money & stop trying to avoid this. We are currently taking legal advice on the matter 😡
That's So Fetch used to have the best stuff, but I recently bought a couple of items and the quality is so awful. The sizing is also now way off- I bought my usual S and the dress gapes everywhere and looks so bad.
I tried to start a returns process but apparently the items were final sale they are unable to be returned. Nowhere on the page or anywhere in checkout or confirmation email did it state that the items I bought were final sale (it only showed a discounted price). Every other website I have ever bought clothing from will clearly state if something is final sale and unable to be returned.
I contacted customer service but they are refusing to give me a refund, because apparently in their terms and conditions, which you have to click somewhere, it says that only full priced items are eligible for return. I think this is such a scammy and intentionally misleading way of operating, and they should mark items as final sale if thats what they are. I will never buy from them again
I ordered two dresses and decided that I wanted to return them. I sent them back within the 14 days and emailed making sure I would get my money refunded back on my card. The company received my parcel and have had it for nearly a month and have not refunded me my money. I am very annoyed as I spend over £100 and want my money back. I have emailed back and forth and just keep getting told there are delays. I will not be ordering off of this website ever again.

I ordered a dress from That’s So Fetch and paid £12.99 for 2–4 day delivery. It arrived over a week late, meaning I had no dress for the event I bought it for. I was extremely disappointed.
When I tried to return it, they demanded another £5.99 even though it’s their fault the dress didn’t arrive on time and I no longer needed it. They shrugged it off, blaming “wars” and calling delivery times just estimates. This is unacceptable — if they can’t deliver on time, they shouldn’t offer or charge for that delivery service.
The complete lack of accountability and care for customers is shocking. Avoid this company if you actually need your order to arrive when promised.
My daughter brought 3 dresses to try on none of them fit we returned them next day then even charged us extra for their own returns shipping label £5.99 to never hear from the company again!! have e mailed endlessly of course no phone number so appalling customer service, basically a bunch of thieves DO NOT USE...

Horrible company they still refuse to do the right thing and refund me my money. They’re keeping my money they told me they were going to do half of the refund and now they won’t answer back they are liars. They sent me an email saying that the best they can do is half of my money and half credit and I have not gotten back any answers about it. Now they refuse to answer about that and they are choosing to keep my money. I don’t even have a gift card either. I don’t have anything. They took my money and they kept the product as well. It is a horrible company and I don’t recommend it to anybody.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Recently received my order of a dress which was see through and sewn wrong causing the dress to twist when on and very very poorly made, delivered in a poor state all creased. I have contacted this company to request a refund via emails and live chat, just keep getting asked to send in details/ photos which I have 3 times now ! Poor communication poor quality

This company have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered 4 dresses and they were of poor quality or unsuitable and so I returned them all within the allocated time of two weeks. Their UK website states that they will issue a refund if items are returned within 2 weeks. Their return process asks you to pay for return postage and they then automatically issue with a gift voucher ! When I emailed them with the tracking information to advise that the items had been returned and I wanted a refund (which I am entitled to), they stop responding to emails and go quiet on communication. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Very unsatisfied. Purchased two shirts for my grandaughter but due to the size chart not being true, items were too big. I didn't want a refund, I simple just wanted to exchange for a smaller size, but they would not let me because items were final sale. I can understand no refund on a final sale, but not being able to do a even size exchange is not the way to treat a returning customer. Now, not am I only out of money, Im stuck with two shirts that cannot be worn. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this company to anyone

I ordered a dress 10 days before an event, it said it would arrive in 4-7 business days, it then arrived after 12 days, quality is shocking, and when I go to return it they won’t give me a refund only store credit and I have to pay £5.99 to return it. Absolutely will not be buying from here again. Shocking experience

I am still waiting for my money back a lady named Rebecca that keeps emailing me back refuses to allow me to speak to a higher up or Manager to try to get my money back. She just keeps replying whenever she feels like it ignoring the emails that I reply back, asking for my money back over and over again she refuses to do the right thing and is playing games with my order not professional at all. I’m a customer here and she’s completely ignoring the fact that I’m the customer and I own a business and I will never do this to someone that’s buying something for me. I would absolutely make it right for the customer and I will continue to send emails till I get my money back Rebecca.
My first time ordering from thats so fetch and one of the dresses came damaged. It was the last one in store and it was disappointing, but it happens. I contacted them and showed them photos and they were so quick and thorough to reply and offered to send another dress. I accepted, although it had to be a different colour, but I was very satisfied with how they handled things. Their customer service is incredible. And the other dresses I received were stunning, even the damaged one, just unfortunate. Thank you!

I used to love thats so fetch, they used to have good customer service too and good quality products looks like that’s all changed I never used to have a problem with them but it looks like they’ve updated the return policy as well from the last time I had shopped with them! Be careful they refuse to give refunds even though it’s illegal ! I had contacted them to return a dress that was even within the returns timeframe as I had purchased another dress from them that was going to be more suitable for the event and they turned around and said that they “don’t do refunds”. Just be careful as they’re going to make it really difficult for you ! Just contact your bank and they will do a dispute for you, they think their own policy overrides the law…

I explained my situation to their customer service team, Rebecca, who assisted me asap, upgraded my delivery service, my order was sent out the same day and arrived the following business day. Your quality has dramatically reduced. Idk if it’s a cost cutting measure or what has happened. It’s a shame because I used to like purchasing going out dresses from your company years ago, back when materials were thicker, lined and cut to be flattering. Now fabric is cheap, thin, unlined half the time, fits poorly and almost feels like a dollar store costume when you put it on. I’m referring specifically to some of your sequin dresses and two piece sets. I’m just not going to bother anymore sorry. It’s SHEIN clothing at a premium price point and not worth it.
