Very pleased with the rental car.
The service was great got picked up from the airport, driver arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable about the area. Car was nice and clean and my husband enjoyed driving around the area.

We have just arrived from
Australia shuttle driver great ., the young girl behind counter was very rude .. we booked car and bought full cover insurance .. only to be told the insurance isn’t what they require that I need to buy one of there’s !!’ Oh and pay a bond off 2000$ which we won’t receive back for 3-4 days ,,
Very dissatisfied with it all not a fantastic start to our holiday

Almost 4 weeks and still no sign of refund
I would have left a great review, but I have been waiting for my refund from another truck I had booked and it is now almost 4 weeks. No refund to date and no response to my query asking why I have not yet received the refund.

Wonderful
Wonderful, helpful, polite service from the lovely young woman at the counter. It was easy as to hire the luggage trailer which worked perfectly for our needs. Would definitely use again. Cheapest way to move stuff across the city.

Worst company. terrible to get in touch with when you have a problem or discuss something that has gone wrong. They have not answered any of my emails and do not want to talk to me in relation to a faulty battery on my hire. Worst customer service ever
