Super quality of prints, great value and super quick delivery - great service, highly recommended!!

I ordered 4 mixed size giclée, black and white prints on the smooth 320 gsm paper. The tones are beautiful and there is no colour cast. A perfect result.
If you live in Guernsey and get your order in before opening on Monday, Wednesday or Friday, you can be pretty sure to be able to collect them in the afternoon at 3:30!

I chose Snapmad because there were so many good reviews, but I couldn't have been more disappointed with the results. The prints I received were dark and muddy and completely unusable.
I wrote and requested that they re-print them but was told by customer services that "As you had not selected pro colour correction there is nothing we can do for you."
I was as unimpressed with this response as I was with the prints I received.
In order to check whether the problem was mine in not selecting pro colour correction as they stated, I took the pictures to Boots and had them printed in-store with no enhancements or modifications at all. They came out perfectly – the pictures were bright and the colours were not muddy.
I would suggest that the problem is with Snapmad and not with my pictures – it seems that the payment for “pro colour correction” is actually a payment to prevent degradation of the images by Snapmad rather than a payment to enhance them.
I will not be using them again.

I have used Snapmad many times; they have always delivered on time and quality products. This time I ordered a photo mug (I have done this before) it was easy to navigate the website and find what I was looking for, easy to upload my images and add a nice caption. It was a present I sent directly to someone else. It arrive on time and they were delighted with it.

This is the first time that I have used them to make a large print. Very pleased with the results.

The first parcel did not arrive but when contacted I was told to check post office, the post office were not helpful. Luckily the parcel arrived back and they shipped it out again with tracking, arrived undamaged and as expected but a month late, not fantastic quality but I did order poster so photo paper would probably look nicer. Customer service were pretty quick at replying and let me know about resent order. Probably will use again in future for simple family snaps but not if order is for a gift just in case.

I cannot praise Snapmad enough. Not only are they incredibly easy to work with and helpful in the extreme, the quality of prints they supply, especially their Glicee prints are outstanding, and for a very reasonable cost and incredibly speedy delivery. Give them a try. You won't regret it!

Amazing service …. I made them aware of my time limit as the prints I purchased were a gift and I had ordered quite late but they still managed to get them to me on time. Will definitely be using again and recommending to family and friends.

I've used Snapmad for years as the quality of the prints is always fantastic. They also print and send orders really quickly (usually on the same day as upload) which is appreciated, especially when the photos are being gifted.
