Ordered two Glclee fine art prints…

Ordered two Glclee fine art prints which just arrived within a few days of ordering. The are absolutely stunning. Colours in the photographs have printed beautifully. The photo paper has a lovely feel and sturdiness for purpose intended. I love them.
Did order some regular photos previously too for portfolio, and even those are far superior to most standard prints. Thank you so much. Have 10 giclee's in basket, ready to order. :)

Excellent Company

Impressive

I’m not usually one for reviews, but I have to say since I started using SnapMAD for my Giclée prints I’ve been really impressed. The quality is fantastic — the tones are deep and rich, and the colours stay true. I’d tried a few other companies before and often found the prints came out oversaturated and too bright, which just isn’t what you want when you’re working from a photo or scan of a painting. SnapMAD have been the best by far at keeping things as close to the original as possible. And the turnaround time is unreal — they’re based in Guernsey, I’m in Northern Ireland, yet I can place an order on a Monday night and have it in my hands by Wednesday morning. I’ve no idea how they do it, but that is impressive.

As a new customer to this company I placed one order and was very happy with the giclée print result. Based on the good result I placed further orders totalling at least 9 prints varying in sizes and frames and was equally happy with the results. To add to the good print quality, the turnaround was fast and production progress notifications kept me informed.

Excellent quality, great paper stock, and reasonable prices

Print quality has always been excellent - much thicker paper than nearest rivals - but I stopped using them for a long time due to not having sensible ratios (like, 9x6" prints). A few years ago I was looking for affordable "fine art" prints for clients and rediscovered Snapmad who, it turns out, were now producing all print sizes. I ordered a few fine art test prints on various papers and was very pleased. Quick turnaround, quality paper and printing. I've had a few issues over the last few years but they've always sorted problems out efficiently. The uploading and ordering software can be very frustrating if you're ordering a few different sizes or types of print and despite super-fast broadband, it occasionally hangs for way too long, but it always works in the end. In short, you definitely won't get better prints for your money and I've tried just about everywhere!

The best I have used over the years

I have used various photo processing companies over the years but none have come close to the quality and care Snapmad take . Over 2000 photos processed over the last month and only one had a slight problem. Delivery is fast and very well packaged , no need to look anywhere else.

Brilliant customer service.

Brilliant customer service.
I had an issue as ordered the wrong size, and actually cropped a head off!
I panicked and emailed and had a swift reply. They rectified the issue straight away, and solved everything. The photo was a great quality and I would recommend this company to anyone, thank you

Over 2 weeks for delivery with RM48

I've used snapmad for a while but recently I ordered a couple of prints which were dispatched with RM48 delivery. It took over 2 weeks to get the prints which was too late for me so before that I had to go to a local printer and buy them again. Requests for a refund have gone unanswered

Dear Peter. Apologies that the print did not arrive in time for you. As a small business producing bespoke items for many very satisfied customers, we have to have some degree of timescale to allow packages to arrive with our customers. Obviously the many times you have used us in the past represent our normal fast service. In this case, we printed and dispatched the print on time. The issue was down to Royal Mail. We offer a special delivery upgrade, and I would recommend this for urgent time sensitive work.

Consistently Excellent

I have used snapmad for 20 years or more for printing exhibition/competition prints and home produced calendars for family and friends. Most recently I have had them print some large canvas prints for redecorating our home. As always, quality was excellent and the service usually outstanding. The only problem this time was that the prints took longer than usual to clear customs on entry to the UK. Certainly NOT due to any failing of snapmad. Pre-Brexit, I have had similar orders delivered within a few days of ordering. Even so, the work from Snapmad is of such good quality that it is well worth the slightly longer turnround. 5 Stars to Snapmad, but only three stars to UK customs who took 3 days to clear the package which I suspect had not even beeen opened.

Terrible site and company.

Specifically went to the site to order some 8 x 10 prints, the mobile version is terrible to use straight off.

Chose my preferences, went to check out, to find they had all been changed.

So went back and changed them again, clicked 'buy'.

Then a few days later received 4 x 6 prints!

I emailed the company, explaining how the site kept changing what I was ordering, only for them to tell me, that what I received was what their site said I'd ordered!

Clearly not the brightest spark replying to email this morning.

I would avoid.

Faded colours

Two years apart, I had bought two sets of one hundred photos from them. Since the first one had made me quite happy, I made the decision to place my next order. Regretfully, the latest set of images appears entirely different. I really can't hang those photographs on the wall since the colours are so faded—that was the whole point. My friends and family all agreed that the new photos are far worse than the old ones. I think the issue was with how the printing equipment was configured.
I am not thrilled with the purchase, so I contacted customer service and requested if they could reprint the materials. Regretfully, they are unwilling to take that action.
