Recently i ordered a pair of shoes from snapdeal which has great quality and my overall experience is so good on snapdeal . The service is also very good . I really like the product a lot .

They are frauds and they come to ur door with the parcel asking for otp which u never get. And thats how ur paid money is gone ... they blame u for entering wrong number when u don't give them an otp which is not true when u ask them what's my number ? They said don't know it has to been automatically inside. Bunch of theifs may this app get it's justice soon.

Pathetic product and no return policy. No page found for return. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLATFORM.

This is a fraud company.Takes the order and payment, promises delivery but never delivers. There is actually no intend to deliver the product. Don't buy from this App

It is very easy to do shopping on Snapdeal app and very easy to replace no question asked quality is good

Worst experience ever,
I ordered a product but it didn’t fit so I made an exchange. The person came took the product and went.Then I got a call from snapdeal that your order will not be able to return and your return request is cancelled but already a guy came 2 days ago and picked the product up and now the person on the call is denying to refund. So I don’t have the product and my money too. This is my second time bad experience. I recommend all the buyers to think twice before ordering from this worst app.

Order any products. Any where comes on time . Trust me this is the best place for shopping.

I m ordering on snapdeal I have no any issues with them only my request is that don't make my delivery from shadowfax because I don't want yo get me any order by them the same I wrote flipkart and Amazon also either they have that agent or not but I shared this thing with them because I have been a witnessed of their I had work that worked that fraud company they had cheated my in my salary if I get any delivery by this madarchod shadowfax company any delivery on the spot I cancelled the order from doorstep because I don't want to make them earn from my side if u are deliver by shadow fax I won't place any order because shadow fax is fraud company in food deliver and every where but I instruct to make them cancel as a partner because of that company your company name malign

I ordered this product on 17/2/24 and it was of 100ml×2
But I received only a bottle of 100ml,
When I opened it and at the same time I called for the same that instead of 2 bottles of 100ml each I have received only one bottle of 100ml..

The pickup has been intended..

But the courier company (person) is such an S... ones as they themselves mentioned on behalf of me that I denied to return the product before I received the new order...
No one called me, neither no one visited my house...

It is such a bore to wait for using my product for such a long..

I request Snapdeal to please do something for keeping his repo maintained in regarding this matter..

With regard to my earlier review on SnapDeal purchase of Red Bricks Mosquito Lamp, it was for the second time after return n replacement again a wrong product is sent as earlier it was sent again as Maxx Power Saving Plug. Again communicating and complaining about wrong product sent for the second time, the product was picked up for refund. Now it's more than a month since Jan 18th and the refund is yet to be recieved. Dealing online is no more a guarantee, it's a luck if u get the right product. I stopped online activity totally.
