I ordered snackcrate in January. The first one came with no problem.we opened it and it was not what they said. But still good and fun move to February upgraded hopefully get better stuff. No it's the middle of March and I have paid for marches box and still haven't gotten February box. I have emailed customer service the repley with a snotty this is our system deal. This is a really neat idea. Try a different one.

Snack Crate in theory is a terrific idea. But this company ruins that idea. They lock you into a six month contract and charge you to cancel. Very deceitful.
They charge you in the first week of the month but then don’t ship until the end of the month. Literally cannot wait until contact ends. Tell everyone not to do business with this company
Their reply says to contact their customer service - but it was their people who said no you cannot cancel. But you can buy your way out of the 6 month commitment.

This company just gets worse and worse how it is the 4th of march and my February box wasn’t even packed to be shipped which forced me to have to get refund they always blame the next person instead of taking responsibility I can’t wait to be out of this subscription if u knew better you would stay away

I did not recieve my February box and when I complained about it and wanting to cancel, they charged me $25 to cancel and kept my February payment and still have not received it. It is now March 5th.They said they can't reimburse. Well we'll see when I report them !

I stopped getting the subscription for several months, then started it up again, hoping for better service, but no such luck. Here it is March 3, and they're just now shipping February's box, meaning that they will charge my card for March before getting the previous month. They always blame someone else. If it is late every single month because of someone else's mistake, send it earlier. Problem solved.

Deception at its finest. Locks you into a 12 month monthly subscription then never sends the crates. Save yourself stress in arguing with them and don't even order. Had to file disputes and block them from charging my card.

If I could leave 0 stars I would’ve.
I have not interacted or purchased from snack crate since Feb 2020! Tell me why I’ve been charged £18.00 5years later…. For a subscription I didn’t sign up to! To an address I haven’t been living at for years.
Customer service is shocking.
AVOID!! 😡

That it was a mystery box! Was awesome to try things from Ireland where my ancestors are from!! The shipping didn't take long. Great idea and concept! Very pleased

I decided to give Snack Crate a try after receiving an offer for a free Cadbury box with new subscription, I placed my order and after a few back and forth emails it was sold out. I did receive my first snack box along with an add-on purchase in a timely manner but to say it was disappointing is an understatement. The box was USA snacks that are easily found at local stores ! And there were not many of them either. As for my add-on of Ireland for $24... I received 4-5 small items. Communication was great up until I said I would not be continuing my subscription. This was a joke for the money I spent and of course no refund will be offered now that the box has been received and opened (my daughter opened several snacks) . I am going back to Universal Yum where I know the quality, quantity and shipping time is far better !

I remember ordering SnackCrate for myself back in 2022 and I loved it. I thought I'd order again however, it turns out now they don't ship internationally anymore. I so badly want to give a 5 star review yet it seems that you cant order internationally anymore which sucks because i loved it. :(

I enjoyed everything in it and thank you

Terrible company, terrible experience, false advertising, terrible support, will take your money without shipping out boxes. Will lose your address in the middle of your subscription and won't tell you until you reach out boxes behind and ask why even though you already received some thing and the address hasn't changed or be altered. CC information immediately leaked on the dark web and have since received over 50 spam calls from people trying to get more information

I signed up for a promo, 50% off discount. I read reviews online before signing up to make sure I could cancel my subscription, etc. Yes, yes, yes. I go on to cancel. Auto-renew cancelled but I still show 11 months @ $38.99/month. I chatted, was told I couldn't cancel. Then I can cancel if I pay the discount I received on first order, $21.50. I got sent a few paragraphs which says you still have to pay but other lines indicate you can cancel anytime (written multiple times throughout the speel). I paid the stupid fee and cancelled. I just paid $43.00 for a snack box. I wouldn't recommend to anyone for the price and the hidden fees that you get charged. You can say all you want it's written in there but it's not. I took screenshot of what I was told. You can cancel anytime, you can't cancel, you can cancel anytime, you can't cancel. Makes absolutely no sense and I'm very upset over this whole thing. Never had this issue with Yum Box.

Wasn't nothing good in my snack crate but 3 things.

Be careful. They trick you into a 12 month subscription that you can not get out of. Sleezy business

I've received my box from the u. K. It was a great experience. My family. Even thought so awesome. They're even considering ordering a box.

Me and my children loved our snack box. We enjoyed tasting different snacks from around the world.

Terrible experience, super expensive for the cheap snacks. $40 directly to the trash. I
live in the US and got a Box with US products and 1 mango Thai. Very disappointing on my first box and the rule says that if I cancel the subscription I will be charged for the full 6 months of cheap snacks….

This was most definitely not worth the subscription or purchase. I will be canceling my subscription. I ordered the ultimate package with the snack of choice and signature drink upgrade. I did not receive the drink stated included. I did not receive the snack of my choice at all. I received a package from America when it was advertised as all of this new out of country things to try. I’ve had everything in this $60 box with the exception of maybe 5 items. Things they sell right here in my town. If I’m from America, I already know what this stuff tastes like. At this point, how would a subscription service of promised out of the country taste, be useful to me when I’m only getting out of county taste. I’m so disappointed. I was so excited and it ruined my experience. Literally not worth it. If I could give 0 stars. I would. What a waste for me, personally.

Order two subscriptions for my adult kids and their SO’s. One no problems so far. Which is the only reason to give two stars.
The other has been nothing but issues, November's box came in January and was missing two items. Decembers box never came, January’s box still hasn’t come. I’m not going through this for 7 more months. Why am I spending all this time trying to get a resolution for services already prepaid as gifts? Stay away. They charge a premium fee and give less than mediocre service.
