We had a lovely experience with Smooch. Nick came to our house at a time that was convenient for us. He brought with him a suitcase full of beautiful rings. There was no ‘sales pressure’ we were able to try on as many rings as we liked, and there was no rush to do this. Myself and my partner found rings we loved and Nick went through the process of what happened next with us. We can’t wait to see our rings when they arrive. It was a beautiful ring buying experience, and all took place in the comfort of our own home. Thank you!

Nick was so helpful and absolutely lovely! Myself & my partner had no idea what kind of wedding rings we wanted but Nick really helped us decide! I loved the fact smooch come to your home and bring all their rings for you to try on (every single one if you wanted). Nick gave us so much of his time! Can’t wait to get our rings!!

Why is it when smooch gets a bad review, that make out that you are the problem, yes, people do have issues & leave an honest review, but if it doesn't suit their image you get nothing but attitude tenfold back, if the staff worked in the real world & on a face to face bases they would crumble,

There's a difference between not being happy with the service and being abusive, aggressive and intimidating, yes I wasn't happy but definitely no to all other accusations made against me, some companies live in a fairy tale world where if you say BOO they will be offended these are one of those companies who don't like criticism and are offended easily maybe this is why your email only so you can hide.
You learn by your mistakes and yes I've learnt.

Nick was very accommodating, made the journey to come and see us, when I found him at the Chester zoo wedding fayre.
He brought the whole selection of rings to our home and nothing was too much trouble. Advising where needed and let us browse at our leisure. Very impressed with the beginning of our smooch journey. We don't get married until 2025 so the services they offer as in after sales I can't comment on but sounds very promising :)

Smooch are an amazing company. This is the second time we have used them. We bought our wedding rings from them back in 2019. I wanted to have my wedding ring made to fit against my engagement ring. They did my design perfectly. So when my husband wanted to give me an eternity ring there was only one place for us to go. Again I asked for Smooch to make the ring the same shape as my wedding ring but slightly tweaking the design. They did exactly what I wanted and the finished ring was perfect and is beautiful. I had to send it back for resizing but this was not a problem and returned to me about 15 days later. We would totally recommend Smooch especially if you have an unusual shaped engagement ring and you want to design a perfectly fitting wedding or eternity ring. Service was fantastic. Thank you, thank you, thank you Smooch!!

Nick was amazing! Super friendly and chatty, he wanted to get to know us before we started which was a really nice touch, didn't just jump straight to bussiness and even got aquainted with our 7 month old labrador, he was very knowledgeable and honest! If something didn't look right or didn't suit and we asked for his opinion then he would tell us and recommend another style, we can't wait to see what the rings look like when we receive the order

10/10 experience. We met Nick at a wedding fair and after which, we disscussed Smooch with friends and descovered this is where they got their rings from and Smooch came highly recommended. We arranged an appointment easily, Nick was very friendly and personable, he brought a wide selection of rings and let us brouse and chat without any sales pressure. We have picked exactly what we want, and the additional gifts for the best man and bridesmaids look lovely too, which is a bonus! Everything arrived on 21st December. Rings are perfect! We could not be happier!

We would 100% recommend smooch rings. It turned a very intimidating process for us both into a fun one. Ashley was so helpful, we never felt rushed, he wasn't pushy he was very keen for us to ensure we chose what we wanted and he was very knowledgeable. My engagement ring is quite an unusual shape so I ended up having a custom made ring and the process was very easy and I was reassured every step of the way. We both had our date engraved too. Definitely go for smooch rings! If you're in the South Wales area, even better if you get Ashley

Fantastic service, me and my partner had an appointment to fit our busy schedules, the team go above and beyond, my fiancé has opted for a custom fit wedding band to match her engagement ring she was very pleased with the design and can’t wait to see the finished product. Big thanks to Louise

Just wanted to let you know our rings arrived yesterday and last night we tried them on and they fit perfectly we are absolutely made up and so excited for the wedding now so we can wear them! Had never heard of this company before attending a wedding fair with my daughter and future son in law. Met Nick who was extremely helpful but not pushy and who explained all about Smooch. An appointment was arranged for Nick to visit at my daughter’s home for them to choose a wedding band for them both. I also wanted a new ring so I joined them. Nick spent a whole 3 hours with us all and we felt as though you were chatting to a friend. Not one of us felt pressured to buy anything but equally Nick was very knowledgeable and gave good advice. Would certainly recommend this company for their very personal one to one touch with an added bonus of very reasonably priced rings.

My girlfriend uses Pauline for my engagement ring and was absolutely amazing with her, making the process calming and enjoyable and showing her different rings and even wedding rings that would go with it for future to make sure it was the perfect ring. I know Pauline personally and feel that she really encapsulated everything I could ever want in a ring.
I would recommend Pauline and smooch to everybody because their wide range of rings and abilities means they have the perfect ring for everyone. I can not thank Pauline enough for everything she has done for us and will 100% go to her when we get round to doing our wedding rings because I know I can trust in Pauline and smooch to have the most perfect experience

We ordered our wedding rings from Smooch in August and they arrived today. Love them! We're so impressed with the quality and attention to detail. A special mention to Nick, our sales representative. As two VERY indecisive people, he made us feel so comfortable and confident with our decision. Nick was so lovely and we didn't feel at all pressured.
