Easy to deal with prompt delivery

All our 50 x 20kg - ECO Glow Smokeless Coal delivered yesterday. 280kg unpacked and into the bunker, quality is excellent and will use the company again based on cost and quality.

Great and friendly communication, product has always been excellent at a superb price although I am looking forward to trying the new formulated eco stove with more anthracite and a smaller oval. The courier couldn’t be more helpful and friendly.

Easy to order, but lacked communication between ordering and notification of delivery, would have been nice to be notified that delivery was due for delivery on x date. The delivery company did contact me but only after I chased Smokeless Coal Express. Delivery was good when it came

boss is very funny nice guy can have a laugh with , also dating my sister so promps up some stars, has a terrible panther fighting a snake tattoo on his right calf ( you should ask to see it) . deserves a nobel prize for how smokeless his coal is.

Great value, great product just would have been nice to have been contacted prior to delivery although the delivery driver was a star and unloaded the pallet for us 😁.

Very straightforward to order good value for money.
They phone the day prior to delivery to arrange.
Used the common sense and left on drive appropriate area to cause lease disruption.
Would recommend.

1 week after I placed my order i rang to get an update and was told that it hadn't even been dispatched yet and with no real certainty as to when it would get under way i cancelled my order , its a real shame as the coal is great.
