Disappointed after being sold a…
Disappointed after being sold a Mercedes that was advertised with a Sat Nav that did not work. I wasn't informed of this until I asked the owner to show me how to use it. He then said a part was missing (a module) and that he would sort it out and cover the cost. 8 weeks later and I've still had no contact. All my messages have been totally ignored and I have a totally useless Sat Nav which I need for my employment as I work in the community. I've also been waiting 8 weeks for a quote to fit front and rear colour coded sensors. Finally this week an employee has contacted me with a quote of £700!
Annoyed at the wait as I've now damaged my car reversing onto my pitch black drive at night. I am now contacting Trading standards regarding the sat nav. Terrible customer service!

Very friendly staff and a very easy experience throughout, all paperwork was dealt with quickly and even a few minor details with the car, part exchange was hassle free also, would definitely recommend and will most likely be returning for my next car in the future
