Scam. Counterfeit shoes sent from China. Have been waiting for shoes 6 weeks. Sent me wrong size of shoes. Wanted to return. They said that Smith Fashion Company don't have warehouse in Europe, so they offered me 50% money back or voucher to spend in their website. I said to them it's the law to return the product and get full refund. They refused to do refund. Avoid. I did report to bank potential money fraud. And will report them to HMRC for breaking consumer rights.

Trainers took an over a month to arrive and are clearly fake. Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Superblast 2 shoes advertised and very obvious fakes arrived drop shipped from China. An absolute handling trying to get a refund. Thankfully I had it through Affirm finance and they refunded me.

The communication from 'Smith fashion' was horrendous. Do not fall for this scam!

I ordered a pair of Hoka Trainers a month ago, there's no way to track your order, when you complain, its just automated responses, I still haven't received the trainers , disgusting !!

SCAM, 2 months and nothing received.
Can’t believe Shopify allow them to trade on their platform. Shame.

I stupidly ordered 2pairs of Hoka Speedgoats on 9May26. They have not arrived. I only got a text by way of confirmation of my order. The tracking link didn’t work. I contacted them by email - to my surprise they did actually reply. However, the tracking links they sent have never worked. They kept telling me my order was on its way. And offered me various ‘partial refunds’ when I have been demanding a full refund repeatedly.
Just do not use them. Scam company based in China where they apparently ship from.

Unlike others, I did actually receive my order (Hoka shoes), but they are clearly fake. Hey ho, I really should have done my research. I see the website appears to have disappeared too.

If I could give 0 I would. Took ages to arrive after lots of chasing. Wrong item delivered and now the website has gone.

First time I’ve been ripped off online….. too good to be true and they certainly were!

Made the rooky error of being sucked in by an offer that seemed too good to miss, Ordered 2 pairs of Hoka trainers nearly a month ago- allegedly dispatched on day of order. No way to track and when the did finally respond to my customer service query, that email then disappeared (recalled by them I presume?) and I was left with no way to pursue. Have since reported as fraud with my bank. So stupid of me to have fallen for this.

The fake Items don’t take three days to arrive they take three weeks, when they do arrive they are fake products completely useless, in fact dangerous

I purchased a pair of Hoka running shoes for almost £70from this company on the 15th of May. It is now 4th June and nothing has arrived. The tracking system doesn’t work. It just gives you a bunch of numbers and letters. I emailed them and got a reply to say that there would be a 10 to 16 day delay. It’s now been longer than that and when I went back onto their website to try and contact them the page has gone. The website is completely vanished, so this shows all red flags of being scammers.

SCAM FROM CHINA

I ordered on the 10th of may, we are currently on the 3rd of June and still not received my order. No tracking number or anything to see where my parcel is. I’ve been emailing them, the response is very slow. They offered me 15% refund. Why on earth would I accept 15% refund when I havnt received my order. I have asked for a full refund and they have not responded.

These people are thieves. Don't go anywhere near them

Do not order from this company, I ordered a pair of Hoka trainers a month ago now , still no trainer's, I emailed them and a nice email back saying high volume of orders, can't give me an estimated delivery day but should be with me within 6 19 days , well no order delivery yet again a month, tried to track my order from the email I was sending but just says unavailable, probably not going to get my trainers, will try get my money back somehow! Should have done my research, lesson learned.

I ordered two pairs of trainers as they were listed as on sale. Only confirmation I received was a text message with a link. After a week with no further delivery updates I tried the link... Website not available... Tried going back to website... Exact same message, website unavailable. Can't find a single way to get in touch with them. Wish I had done some research as I am usually a savvy person. Also according to gov website they have been dissolved since 2024!!! Absolute scammers... Glad i ordered via credit card so I can at least get a chargeback applied, just have to wait 15days.

Trainers took almost a month to arrive. They are a very good visual copy although softer than my worn out genuine Hoka Bondi 9. Shame they miss-spelt the almost convincing label which says Bodni. Quality not convincing. I guess another £55 wasted. Time will tell.

Scam Merchant, shipping what are fake and poor quality good from China.

Impossible to raise a complaint or return as the site no longer exists.

Have raised a chargeback with my CC provider

Massive con! Scam, don’t do use this company. It looks too good to be true because it is!
