A fraudulent company claims that its clothes are made of pure cotton, but the labels say polyester, and there are many loose threads.

Daughter ordered a dress, absolutely not as described in any way, poor quality, too small. I would advice everybody to do a charge back with your bank, you will get your money back that way , the bank then get the money from the scam company’s, hopefully it will cause these company’s to think twice if everybody does a charge back.

Total scam, I wanted to return the junky clothes I got and they offered 15% refund, then 30 % refund. I am still working on this, as it advertises, a full return policy. They said I could get my 30% refund and I could keep clothes, I don’t want them.

Total Scam, Lovely clothes on website. Stated it was a going out of business sale.Wrong! That was Months ago. I ordered a cozy thick warm hoodie sweater. I got a polyester thin hoodie that is an undetermined size. Maybe an extra extra large super petite size. Tried to return. They said they shipped from New York. No, you return to China and pay duty. With a value of $1. Never again.

Scam bought for fifty+ dollars a sweater that was complete sham - terrible material , sewn terrible - also no returns because cost more to return - awful company - should be shut down

Buyer beware! It’s a total scam! Do not buy from them. Order was not as pictured. When I realized it was a scam they would not let me cancel my order. They sent me some crap that is now in the garbage.

Total scam. Only received half my order and that was after three weeks. Their support said their records showed the other half had been delivered but when I asked for legit tracking numbers (theirs did not work for USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other legit shipper), they went silent. The stuff that did get delivered was nothing like what was shown, both in terms of quality and size. I'm usually pretty good about web scams but I got suckered on this one. Live and learn.

Bought because they advertised a beautiful sweater on Facebook- disaster. The item was unmarked without care or content tags and won’t accept returns. Avoid. I think Facebook Should pay for the return.

What a crock of shit this company is. The product is shoddy, the sizes do not reflect American sizes, the quality of material used to make these clothing items is not acceptable. This is a classic bait and switch, and to add insult to injury, you will not get a refund!

I hired this firm to help my wife who got a dui .anyway long story short they gave me attorney daily to help she did zero for me absolutely nothing I had call and bg her to even go pay her a visit my wife's court appointed lawer worked on the case copped a deal on her behalf and attorney daily took credit she never made a call sent email never even appeared in court sent someone in her place $1000 down the toilet when I first talk to her wow she was going to do all kind of things for us .once paid pretty much ghost nothing .I would Definitely look else were for attorney this firm did nothing .and my wife sat in jail extra 3 plus weeks cause of her .highly recommend not using them

Buyer Beware! I ordered from this company. I ordered 5 items all in small. One item was sent to me was a medium. I sent pictures of what I received and my order. They refused to send me an exchange or return label and a refund, just saying they are sorry I am unhappy with my order. I can however pay return shipping to China since it was my fault I received the wrong size! Items smelled of chemicals and poorly made. I ordered 2 of the same sweaters in different colors and clearly two different sizes. This company is horrible

I ordered 2 sweaters and paid $72.00
They were both oversized.
Completed the return form and paid $32.00 to ship them back on 11/25/24.
No refund received because the package is sitting in customs in China. They are to pick it up and pay a customs fee which they obviously are not going to do. So I’m out $100.00. Someone should look into this scam company and shut it down for sales in the USA.
They do not have a phone number and emails are being rejected.

This company has no customer service contact number and via email supplied ‘proof of delivery’ for items that were allegedly delivered in early Dec 2024. Never got the package. I have USPS informed delivery, but this package was never in there . I tried to get a refund but PayPal said the vendor provided proof of delivery. The company is still sending me emails. Beware- this is not a US based co and shipping is from China. Sounds like it’s a rip off based on other reviews.

I purchased several items from Smith Newyork for Christmas, 2 of the items were smartwatches. One of the watches were given to my wife for Christmas, and immediately she discovered it didn't hold a charge for more than a few hours, and also flashed the word hello for as long as the watch was powered on, making the watch useless. I sent several emails to Smith Newyork and received zero response, beware of companies that do business online and on FB cause NO GIVES A DAMN about the products they sell, especially Smith Newyork. I can see why they are going out of business, poor Customer service and worse products!

DON’T order from this company!! Sweater I ordered looks nothing like, the 1 I got. No way to return😡😡

Company will not respond to my attempt to return an item that was defective. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Mostly crap. I heard about their going out of business sale and thought I was getting good deals. The first coat came, supposedly an XL. According to their sizing chart, that should be about a 45. I barely got it zipped up (and the zipper is backwards like on a woman's coat). The next three came later. My wife's coat fit. The 2 trench coats that say EU XL (but say 3xl on the tag) won't even button, although the arms are about the right length. As others have mentioned, if I want my money back, it will run about $30 or so (their estimate on just the first coat) to send it back to China.

Ordered a cross-body sweater that supposedly retailed for almost $200 through Facebook ad. It advertised a closeout deal for under $50. Could not believe it when I got it. It was not a sweater but more like a cheap tee shirt. I checked the return policy (too late) and have to pay for return shipping. I am throwing it in the trashcan. Even Goodwill would not want this!

These scammers deserve zero stars. They are a total scam. Total bullshit!!!! Their products are of the lowest possible quality! Do not buy anything from them!!!! Nothing!!!’

Wish I could give zero stars. I read the reviews here AFTER I made a purchase. This is a company that claim on socials to be a family owned company in NYC. They’re not. I ordered a black sweater. Today I received this horribly low quality long sleeve t shirt. The only similarities are they’re both black. Went straight into the garbage. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS MONEY!!!
