Can’t fault the service
I had been looking for a Focus ST for some time and found a lovely one through Ian. He is a friendly and professional guy. He explained about his warranty provision at the time of purchase. Unfortunately there were a couple of issues with the car (Ian would not have been aware of these) and so I brought it back under the warranty. Ian didn’t delay or argue he sent the car for repair and was really helpful throughout. My car is now perfect and I would thoroughly recommend Ian. He goes the extra mile even coming to the sales office in his own time to accommodate you where necessary. I would definitely purchase a car through him again.

First class customer service
We found Smith and Clarks on line whist looking for local car dealerships. Iain was brilliant, his customer service was second to none, quick to respond, arranged viewing around us and our time table, nothing was to much trouble. Everything was booked by appointment due to CV19.
I fell in love with my now new Ford Focus, she drives like a dream. Completion of sale done in no time, 6 months warranty and 1 very happy customer.
If you want friendly, hassle free, great value car buying experience I would highly recommend Iain at Smith and Clarks.

Brilliant Customer Service!
Recently bought a Corsa from Iain at Smith and Clarks, and I can honestly say it is the best experience of buying a used car I have ever had. Iain's customer service is second to none, and he goes the extra mile to ensure that the client is happy. Would recommend without hesitation!
