Having had previously bad experiences with the estate agents I was worried about going through this process, but Abby was so fantastic, reassuring, kind, and efficient, that she made the whole process simple and easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Abby and the team.

No For Sale sign erected at property…
No For Sale sign erected at property as it was deemed that there was no passing trade.
Incorrectly marketed the property as ready to move into rather than requires a lot of updating. Recommending for auction after 18 months was the best move.

Lee at Smith & Friends Estate Agents in Darlington was very friendly, helpful and efficient every step of the way with helping me with my new rental property. Everything was handled exactly in the timeframes discussed from the outset, he went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the relevant information regarding the property and navigation the referencing and contracts stages, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Really good bloke who is excellent at his job, and I would highly recommend him and the Smith & Friends team in Darlington to anyone looking for a new home in the future.

Great service
My partner and I had a great experience with viewing & securing a rental property. We had Lee Johnston in the Darlington branch supporting us and he was wonderful - very helpful, reassuring and quick to respond to any queries we had. Wouldn't use again
Lack of communication / answers. Damage on my fathers property which no one would take responsibility for, was just 'shrugged off'.
