No For Sale sign erected at property as it was deemed that there was no passing trade.
Incorrectly marketed the property as ready to move into rather than requires a lot of updating. Recommending for auction after 18 months was the best move.

Staff very helpful, assisted in looking for correct sizes.
Bought the shoes but would have liked to have been offered the box to store them in, was just handed them in a bag.

Very attentive staff. Good store layout and choice. The only negative was that on both this visit and previous visit staff openly discussed their personal sales figures in front of customers. This gave the impression that staff were more focused on getting any sale rather than the right sale for the customer.

Returned a faulty bag under warranty for replacement item. Staff very efficient and provided excellent service. Their attitude during the visit meant we bought more in store which was a win win.

Only downside at the Harrogate dealership is the lack of a body shop facility. Having to arrange a visit to a VW dealership body shop does not help maintain the Audi standard.
