Scam! Don't order.
I have ordered a pack of socks months ago. After a failed delivery due to "not being home" at my company adress, which is open from 7 am till midnight... I have dent multiple emails about resending the order and later refunding the sales. I have had 0 replies and have been completely ignored.
This company is a total scam. Don't order here.
Bad costumer service - same socks to be found on temu for 10% of the price
The company can’t be reach. No replies on emails, on social media, just can’t be reached. The socks are also to be found on Temu. The exact same socks for 2.5-5 euros. That’s a huge difference compared or what they sell them for. Plus, at Temu you are at least protected in case you do not receive the socks or they are not as expected. Do not buy here!

Beware of a company with no customer service phone line

I can't actually review as I have not tried this company. However, I have learned not to purchase from a company who cannot be contacted by phone. If they choose to take your money, and don't respond to your emails, you are stuck. I made this mistake with a $70 piece of luggage I ordered, it never arrived, and the company never really responded properly to my emailed enquiries, just kept promising it was coming, and it never arrived. The fact that this company has a three star rating says a lot! Buyer beware!
Bad costumer service - can’t be reached
Unfortunately I have the same negative experience as others here. So, new owner or not, the customer service did not improve unfortunately.
I got a pack of smiling socks for my birthday. The back of the sock, around the heel, is very hard, it really hurts me while wearing. This might be a mistake.. because friend of mine doesn’t have this issue. Unfortunately I can’t reach them.
I tried emailing them at the email address they also provide here in the comments. I tried contacting through social media.. but nothing. No reply.
In the meanwhile the socks are here, waiting for a right solution. I just want my money back!
If they will solve this well, I will of course update this review. But for now, I’d say; be careful with ordering here.. nice looking socks, but the costumer service really needs to be improved!
My order never arrived and lost my money!
My order never arrived. The parcel was sent back to them as it arrived at the border to my country and never arrived at my home. I tried to contact them via Mail and Instagram several times but never received any answer. I already paid 120 €. Probably won't see that money again. I will never again order from this company.

Very unreliable and disappointing. Would give them 0 stars but unfortunately that's not possible.
I ordered and paied (almost 60 Euros) for my socks in December 2021 but they never arrived. I reached out to them several times, in the begining they responded and told me, they have some production problems and it will take a little longer. They always ignored my demand to cancel the order and give me my money back and in the end they ignored all my messages about the whereabouts of my order.

It’s very unfortunate that we are all experiencing similar circumstances. I too feel scammed because I really wanted the product. I ordered on 12/7, they took my money but no product received yet. I have placed my order (12/10/21), Have send a mail (12/14/21) to know why I still did not have received anything... Response was quickly offered a solution (12/15/21). I took it, changed it but since then radio silence.... Still no order, or any news...
I have send a report fraude to the government! So they will look on it! Stay away!!!

No delivery and they don't take…
No delivery and they don't take responsibility. You see it in all the reviews of the last weeks. They know the can't deliver and still they send out discounts/actions every day. Save yourself the trouble and order the socks on another website cause that is also what this company did.
Awful business practice, awful service
Awful business practice and even more awful customer service to back up the horrible experience.
I've been waiting for my order since the 26th of november and it has been on it's way TO DHL since december 1st. It seems like they'll happily take your money while promising quick shipping times - all the while not actually shipping anything but just preparing the shipment so it's easier to mislead their customers.
Customer support via email is useless and has nothing but empty promises of "ohh it's gonna be there SO soon. Any time now". Obviously this isn't true at all - i could literally have walked all the way from Denmark to their address and BACK again in the time it's take them to supposedly hand over the package to DHL, and they still haven't succeeded!
Don't fall for their copy/pasted answers on here either. It's been the same excuse for almost a month now. They're even promising that the lies about shipping times has been removed from the website, but it's literrally STILL THERE: Everything in stock and 1-4 business days.
It's so blatant and so incredibly scummy.
Stay away.
