I got problem with logging in the Aligner Tracker App so I have to use online chat service to ask for a help. Ele has done really great work when assisting me with the login. He/she even suggested me to book a session to make sure I make the impressions rightly. Love the services!

Worst
Worst ! I’d give -100 if I could - I paid for my retainers back in October 2024 I still am trying to get my treatment they keep saying that the retainers didn’t fit for the ones I agreed to (of course it does t it’s me at to move my teeth) or impressions are not good enough (have to keep paying for more material) I booked into a dentist to get scans in December as I do not live near one of there dentists (main reason I went with them is that it was meant to be easy if moving around) now that’s not good enough - they won’t refund my money and they won’t give my the retainers that I agreed to
