This company is definitely not a scam. I am on my second week of aligners fixing Some overcrowding with my teeth the impression kit was easy and simple to understand is a little bit of a long process but was kept in contact. The whole time received my first aligners and they fit perfect like a glove. The app is amazing to see the outcome, what I’m working towards. It does take a little bit longer than I imagine it would be in person but of course it will because it is online but they always keep you up-to-date and The communication is amazing.

I honestly had such a good experience with SmilePath. My teeth are super straight now and I’m genuinely so happy with how everything turned out. The whole process was way easier than I expected, and every step felt really clear.

Something I loved was how responsive the team was — every time I had a question or needed something, they replied so quickly and were always super helpful. It made the whole experience feel really supported.

If anyone is thinking about doing aligners, I honestly recommend SmilePath. It worked so well for me, it’s affordable, and the customer service is great. I’m really grateful for the result and for how smooth the process was.

Overall pretty good, however there is extra cost if your mouth is not of a standard size, and it would also be helpful for more videos showing the proper process without having to rely on a video call. During the video call, it would also be helpful to have on screen timers to see progress.

Very professional service, purchased a night guard to prevent grinding during sleep and product exceeded my expectations and fits comfortably

I had a great experience with SmilePath! They guided me through the entire process of creating my mould and were very patient.

Tricky process but got there in the end. Perhaps a short video to demonstrate what is expected first, would be helpful. Anna showed attention to detail and was able to identify where I'd gone wrong.

I have been wanting clear aligners for the longest time to make my bottom teeth straight.
I just jumped off my video call to create my impression and it was extremely easy.
I’m honestly so surprised I haven’t don’t this sooner.

I decided to try this product because it looked promising—I go through almost one set of retainers a year due to mild grinding. I placed my order on September 16, but the kit only comes in size M with no option to choose at checkout. When I called to say it didn’t fit, they suggested sending a smaller size at an extra cost (to cover shipping).
After completing the impressions and sending photos for approval, they rejected them and insisted I try size L—even after multiple conversations where I explained L would NOT fit as I have a small mouth. I didn’t want to waste more time or money on something that wasn’t guaranteed, so I requested a refund from Jamie.
Surprise! She then offered material and shipping for FREE. But by then, I’d had enough and just wanted my money back. I rejected the offer and requested a refund again. Jamie passed me on to Jordan, who also refused. On my third request, Jordan offered compensation instead of a refund. Finally, after my fourth request (including emailing the "team" email address), Jordan approved the refund on November 18—but conveniently left out the compensation they promised.
Overall, don’t waste your time—other reviews are right, this feels like a scam. I spent less time writing this review than the back-and-forth with the SmilePath team.

This is an absolute scam. Do not waste your money. I ordered the impression packs received it a week later. I have taken two separate impressions, sent photos of the impression and my teeth to the company for them to review. They have advised they are not to the appropriate standard and I must have a video session for them to teach me how to take the impression. I’ve had 10 different night guards over the past 10 years. I’ve never had a problem with the impressions I have sent back with any other company. This company will not allow me to send the impression back as they keep saying they aren’t to their standard. I’ve been going back and forward with them for 2 weeks now. The impressions I have taken are to the exact standard outlined in their guidelines. Their guidelines regarding their process of downloading an app and uploading photos of your teeth and impression are also outdated and incorrect. Their return address in their guidelines is different to the one on the return postpaid label they send. I’ll now be disputing this purchase via PayPal as it’s very evident to me they have absolutely no intention of actually providing the night guard. It’s now been three weeks and I haven’t been bled to return the impressions. Once you do return them it takes another three weeks for the night guard to be created, just pay the extra money and use another company or even a dentist.

The process is not as easy as it seems. I required 3 sets of materials to get good impressions. Of course this is just my personal experience. They provided 2 free sets of extra materials for me to do my impressions. Customer service is excellent and effective. It was a tedious process but it is worth the price.
Zoe was the best instructor. She was patient and respectful at all times. Now I just have to wait for my retainer.
