Need more direction on the impressions-a video would be super helpful
It would have been super helpful if they gave you the full video tutorial of exactly how to do the impressions instead of just explaining what the book says. Because I ended up going through two sets of putty just trying to get a correct impression before they just had me wait to do the video appointment where he explained it step by step. Otherwise Dr J was super helpful.

Dr. Arooj was extremely helpful and easy to work with online. She gave me some useful tips and guided me through smoothly and easily to get 2 perfect impressions after I struggled through on my own. It was nice to have the direct feedback and reassurance as I was doing the impressions and after the impressions were done right there in the moment.

Tips for molds
The molds can be a little difficult to make so here are some tips!
Make sure you are following the instructions included with your mold kit, paying particular attention to time. You want to mix your catalyst and base for roughly 45 seconds but you don't want to wait too long to get them into the trays.
Do not fill the tray with the material all the way to the back edges. This is important. You need enough towards the front to cover all of your teeth completely to the gum line. I found that filling the tray but leaving a full centimeter empty on each side of the tray worked well.
The last tip is to make sure you press down evenly in one smooth motion. You need the material to cover your teeth completely; well over your gum line. The last tip is to continue pressing down with your fingers to hold the tray in place until the mold has hardened.

I was struggling to get my impression made. We were able to set up a time on zoom and it went very well. Now hopefully when I get the liners they fit correctly and I get the results I want.
