Beware this is a subscription. I had no clue. Looked like a great deal on line. 2 for 24.95. Until they keep taking money from my account every month 47.46. Also got me with the one with the tooth brush. Not happy at all actually disgusted. Was going to return but they couldn't tell me what they were going to subtract for shipping fees (part of the return process). If its like the deceptive subsciption probably wouldnt get anything back.

This company here is shady. Continue to ship you there shit product and charge your card once you continue to call and cancel. Looks like its been happening to everyone else too. Be nice to put a lawsuit against this company so everyone can get there money back.

Apparently unbeknownst to me upon purchase, I was automatically signed up for a subscription on auto renew that I did not wish to have. I did not know I was signed up for it or else I would not have purchased the product. I only found out when they charge my card a month later for some product I did not find worked as it was advertised. I did not sign up for the subscription so I shouldn’t have been charged in the future.

Wow! First the did not tell me when I ordered there was a subscription that would start in a month. Then when the delivery was delayed, I contacted them. They were going to ship another order at no cost to me. But the customer service lady did not want me to drop the subscription. High pressure to continue by offering more items at no cost. She would not let it go do I cancelled the whole thing and got a refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER do business with them again!!!

I tried their trial package for BOGO and was charged $32.44. Next thing I know I was billed monthly for $47.59 for 3 months that I did not even noticed until now. I only got one set of their promotion and received another set the following month and thought I received the free one. Denied to refund me instead they will send me the missing trial package. Be mindful prior puchasing this product.

This company is sketchy. I did not sign up for a subscription, but apparently they decided I needed one. I keep getting the products and keep getting money taken out of my account. I have canceled it twice and requested a refund and keep getting the runaround. The product does not work very well and I do not recommend this to anyone.

Very deceptive practices. Don’t order because you are automatically placed in an ongoing membership. They bill you 60+ dollars each month. I got an unexpected charge to my credit card. So I called SmileActives and was told that I was enrolled in a membership of which I was unaware. I ask for a refund and cancellation of this membership. The customer service agent refused a refund but kept putting me on hold and coming back with the same answer. I could not be refunded my money. So frustrating and disappointing in the way this company works.

Product is not impressive and customer service is terrible. One can NOT access their subscription online. I have now called four times to cancel my subscription but they keep charging my credit card and I'm not even receiving any product in the mail. Customer service representatives are extremely hard to understand and each call is 20min+. Total scam of a company.

The product has an unpleasant hydrogen peroxide taste and does not produce effective results. Not a bit of a difference in whitening my teeth. Difficult to cancel subscription and continue to auto-bill and auto-ship.

DO NOT EVER BUY THIS PRODUCT! If you do, you are sure to regret it.

Deceptive business practices. I was charged for a subscription I never signed up for after what appeared to be a one-time purchase. Customer trust clearly isn’t a priority here. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This product is trash, doesn't work and they sign you up for a unauthorized subscription and then do not send you back the shipping cost when you refund it and you have to pay to ship it back. By the time you get your refund minus shipping it is half the money spent

I have no contract or emails regarding continuous payments but the keep charging my credit card and will not remove my credit card for future payments because owe future payments. But they will not tell me what the payments are for (totaling at least $191 now over my initial order, with no new product in hand yet).

This company is a scam.All the previous reviews from other people are actually true,same thing happened to me,steer away from this shady company.They are still billing me after i have a cancellation number,how stupid is this

What a crock this stuff does not work it's nothing more than glorified toothpaste. When I try to cancel they would not let me in kept billing me for months until I finally got PayPal to stop them then they continue to send me stuff and tell me that I owed them for it don't waste your money.

Everything all of the other reviews say are true. If you buy, read the very very fine print. What they do not make clear is your order is cheap ($50) and that you are signing up to receive monthly shipments. That next shipment is $150 for the exact same stuff. What I found to be even more deceptive is if you received “a free gift” with your initial order they will charge you for that in your second order. It’s stinks because the product does work.

SCAM company!! They so far have charged me $221.47 and I have only received any product 1 time. I have called over and over and I’m told I will never be charged again and I will get a refund and an email showing I won’t be charged again and here I am 200 dollars later still being ripped off. Customer service is rude and talks over you cutting you off every time you try to speak. I don’t see a difference in my teeth, but honestly even if it did work I still want to only be charged when I want to purchase it. I’m only giving 1 star because it’s the lowest option available.

I’d give less than 1 star if possible. They are crooks. They will sign you up for reoccurring charges. Tell you that they will stop charging, then charge you again. Meanwhile never send out the products they charged you for. We are very dissatisfied with this company. STAY AWAY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!!!!!!

Way over priced when you restock.. paid $25 for 2 small bottles and 2 pens .Restock 1 3 oz bottle and 2 pens, $145.00. Are you kidding me. Couldn't cancel the order.. but cancelled subscription will NEVER. Purchase again.. horrible way to treat customers.. I was canceling because I still have a bottle. Would have reordered. Not now.. I ll go back to trays .. jerks

If I could negative stars, I would. First, Smile actives did not whiten; it irritated my gums to the point I had no feeling in them for a week. Second, smileactives are sneaky with the auto refill and I ended up paying another $59 for additional product I could not use or feel safe giving to family/friends.Smile actives does not have free returns and requires you to ship product back with a tracking number so by the time I would pay for shipping and tracking, it would have been more of a hassle to return it and with their track record, I was not certain they would refund me. I called Smile Actives and canceled the subscription and got a confirmation email of the cancellation Nov 1. Then Smileactives charged me $29 over the next two months. I had to cancel my credit card and was out well over $100 for a product that was detrimental to my oral health.

The product seems to work ok, but you’d never know it by their deceptive offer. In order to get the price they offer, they sign you up on a subscription. If the product really works as well as they advertise, why would you need to get a new supply every month? Don’t fall for this offer. If someday they offer to sell their product without requiring a subscription, then give it a try.
