Ordered a shed from their website, came a lot faster than originally stated.
No problems whatsoever and hassle-free for a change!!

I would defiantly consider ordering from them again.

I have been asked twice via email to provide a review of the service/product. Problem is I haven't received the product to be able to review it/ the service provided as it hasn't been delivered within the timescale suggested when ordering 🤔

Quality shed delivered quickly. Very pleased.

I have not received yet so can only comment on website and service. It was easy to find what I wanted and it was at a good price. I had to phone them as they had not sent confirmatory email. One phone call and this was rectified.
Looking forward to delivery now.

The shed is good quality, some of the holes on the roof didn't line up but I'm not sure if that was my fault, they all seemed to be universal though. Didn't receive the sky light as ordered, got a refund for that. On the whole not a bad experience, im happy with the shed.

Ordered a potting shed was told 4 weeks. It arrived two weeks after ordering. Fantastic quality shed very happy. Would definetly recommend this company thankyou

Haven't opened the crate yet, so assuming all is in good condition, but just disappointed that there was no advanced notification of delivery.
It was just lucky we happened to be home.
I was advised upon purchase that delivery would be 28 working days, so although earlier delivery is good, it would have been excellent service had I known when it was coming.

Delivered on time.
All bits came. One panel was missing pre-drilled holes but easily fixed.
Instructions could have been a little easier to indicate, on a mono pitch shed which way the roof should fall; or perhaps I should have remembered save getting it wrong and having to redo. But again it was easily resolved.

Quick delivery of chiminea cover was missing but after emailing sorted our straight away and received day later excellent service would buy from them again

The Lifetime products are easy to install and enable you to adapt the shed to your changing needs.

I am very happy with the shed, delivery and structure.
However, at the time of ordering a specified that my current metal shed was low at the sides, and as I am 5ft 9in I was constantly catching my head on the ceiling.
The sales person told me he was 6ft and could stand upright in the shed.
The shed was not high enough when it arrived and having waited 6 weeks I was not going to return it.
I raised it 6in, on timbers, to give the height I wanted.

Good communication. Great value for money. I did request on order 2 window type shed but when it arrived it had 4 windows. Delivery driver very helpful and advised return for sorting but due to covid delays and need for shed urgently made do with 4 window type delivered. Slightly less storage location space on window side due to more windows but overall a quality shed for a great price. If order was bang on i would have no hesitation giving it 5 stars. Many thanks
