Very nice experience!!!
Delivery took a little bit longer than announced, but no big deal though, but amazing customer service, easy and fast, I would purchase there again for sure!

Online shopping is very easy and delivery is quite fast. However I had a bad experience with the return process - there was no return label in the package and one of the item had a small defect. I was advised by the customer service that I could return the item at any of the smets stores however in the downtown they didn’t accept it and told me to go to the flagship. At the flagship store they advised I had to make a return via post, in the end they did accept the return at flagship store but didn’t give me any confirmation of the return nor email. I had to just leave the item worth >1k€ at the shop without any proof. Now I’m waiting for the reimbursement.
Some of the staff members were really unfriendly and not even willing to listen whereas some really go extra mile to help you and thanks to those:) Except this experience the catalogue is diverse and the shop offers nice items.

Bought some Carhartt WIP ceramic bowls from SMETS, and they were so well packed to ensure no damage while shipping. Processing and delivery was quick, a pleasant shopping experience!

Quick delivery, product as advertised. Shipping could be free since order was over 100 EUR.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with SMETS. I've ordered from them twice so far, and each time everything was excellent. Shipping was incredibly fast—faster than many domestic orders within the USA. The packaging is beautiful, and they include a free sample, like a perfume. Their prices are much lower, too. I’ll definitely order from them again! Highly recommend this company!

Unreliable company. Do not order from their website. They won't reply if there’s issue with the order/ shipment. Reviews and feedbacks are true! No wonder they got very low stars! I didn't receive my order and can not get ahold of them, I got no refund and no item. $350 is not cheap. Please refund🙏.

The most horrible store ever!
Never go into this store. The staff are beyond nasty. My daughter accidentally dropped an awful looking blackbird and they were going to call the police if I didn’t pay 210 EUR. The manager is beyond rude and it’s no wonder the store has no customers. Thanks

Show the products on the website, we buy them and then two days later we receive an email saying that the order has been canceled because "they don't have the product in stock"

The packaging is lovely and I get excited every time it arrives!

I ordered a pair of Dries Van Noten pants from Smets in Luxembourg from the comfort of my couch in Melbourne Australia and was blown away by the efficiency and ease of purchase. It took a mere four business days to arrive from the other side of the planet when it can take two weeks for express deliveries to land from neighbouring state Sydney. The fit was perfect, in every way.

I went to Smets website and made an order for 3 items.

All 3 from different brands and all 3 showed up as being in stock.

When my order was shipped and I received my invoice I noticed that 2 of the 3 items were crossed out.

There was no communication with me to try understanding if I wanted to still proceed with the order or if I would like to replace those Items.
I ended up paying 30€ shipment from Luxembourg to Portugal on an item that cost me 40€ which is a lot considering I just had a package weighting 6kg delivered by Fedex from USA to Portugal for 50€.

Afterwards I went to their website and one of the items was still listed as being available.

Keep away from this store, it's my advice.
