Don't waste your time and money

After 15 days waiting for my smartrike I still haven't received anything. I contact Smartrike and parcelforce daily to see what's going on and they both don't respond, never return calls or contact me. From Smartrike they refer me to parcelforce and there in the tracking my parcel it says that she has been in delivery since February 15, today is the 28th and I am still without my package and without information. Don't buy from Smartrike or use parcelforce because the service and customer support is terrible on both, don't waste your time and money
