I am super satisfied with the service. I often do have rush reports and I am able to get them done quickly and accurately. Excellent customer service it is very responsive.

Excellent customer service!
SmartMD is an all-inclusive integrative solution with impressive customer service. Reports are transcribed quickly and accurately, e-prescribing is integrated into the patient's chart, and printed documents are scanned directly into the patient's chart. It doesn't get any easier than that!

SmartMD is a GREAT service. Turnaround time and results are excellent. Whenever we need help, the service is prompt and we don't have to go through a myriad of menu options. Highly recommended

templates easy to provide and used well by the trascriptionists
overall perfect service.

Please improve:
1. android app for dictation is sorely needed. it can be as simple as using a 3rd party app that uploads directly to your system -eg use a google drive or something. Can't just say no, we only work with iphone/ipad.
2. the iphone app is a little crowded, but overall usable; would be nice if we had the option to use an app without any features except dictation and upload for those users that did not want anything else.

I have been working with Jan Olsen and she has been wonderful. Any problems I had were resolved quickly. The reports are accurate and timely.

Connecting with Smart MD has been the best move for my practice in years. I was perpetually behind on my EHR documentation because i was so slow manually entering notes. Now I am back to pre-EHR efficiency. I recommend this strongly to any doctor who has dictated for most of their professional lives.
