Smarter Contacts provides a great marketing experience in many different ways. This software provides many different unique features including sms text campaigns, voicemail campaigns, a new calling plan campaign feature, skiptracing, and more. They provide many different plan options that can fit your needs at a reasonable price. What makes them even better, is that they offer a very straight forward and easy to use mobile app! This allows you to keep up with your marketing even while away from your computer/laptop devices. Overall a wonderful product, and I would recommend it to anyone looking into different marketing software alike.

Smarter Contact is great! I love that I can send SMS and call from the same number that I'm texting from. I can easily track the data from each of my campaigns to see the quality of my data and templates. I can manage my response rates and adjust my templates as needed. I love that I have the enterprise plan to send 20,000 texts without being charged per individual text.

Being able to bulk upload at volume has been a game changer. Took a lot of trial and error on out part but once we got the ball rolling, it was smooth sailing. Any time I run into an issue, customer supports is there and ready to alleviate whatever problems that arise. The company is doing great in standing out from the competitors.

My messages go out on time and have a great deliver ability. I also love that you can schedule the sms to go out at certain times plus the interface is great!

We’ve been using Smarter Contact for a while now, and overall it’s been a really solid experience. The platform is pretty easy to figure out, even for someone who’s not super techy, and it’s helped us stay consistent with follow-ups.
