I liked the fact that all the mentors seemed very knowledgeable and very capable of teaching beginners.
However, I don’t think this course was intended for complete beginners like myself.
I get the impression that most, if not all, of the other participants had some prior knowledge or experience in trading. Accordingly, the moderator was inclined to set the pace of the class based on their level and as a result I felt left behind and frustrated for the entire program.
I am located in Trinidad so there was a 15 hour time difference with Sydney. As a result I was always trying to stay awake and focused when I would normally be asleep.

Staff are professional and helpful, however I feel there has been too much talk on the same things and not enough about the actual trading. Although tomorrow will hopefully be more of the actual trading practice.
We should have been advised of the importance of needing a second screen.
Honestly I am feeling a little stressed as it is sometimes very hard to understand their speech
and I think I will be learning from written work more
on my own. At the moment things are not ideal for me.

After being part of one of their free weekend zoom events I had paid to be part of a 3-day in-person event, however then decided it wasn't for me after all and I immediately requested a refund on all possible channels. It took nearly 3 weeks and multiple emails and calls for it to be processed.

I called when there was what appeared like a technical fault when my trade continued taking profit beyond the Take-profit level. The call was passed on to the relevant team and the problem was quickly solved.

I had a particular problem that occurred on SmartCharts! , That was causing me a few problems . Adelyn immediately came to my assistance, ask me if I would give her a little bit of time. She came back to me and the problem was solved. Adelyn was absolutely brilliant in the way she handled the situation and reassured me that she would get it solved. Well done.

Smartcharts AI features to provide trading pairs is a game changer for me personally, since the whole hourley time has been minimized to minutes where i no longer have to go through the whole trading pairs and have hours of screen time to find the best trades.
Besides learning part has been very great experience with mentors and friendly customer support. Thank you Smartcharts, looking forward to learn and grow.

I’m not sure how this company has such a high review score if other users experiences are the same as ours. My wife bought this software in December, did a 3 day training course however during the course raised questions about anomalys in the suggested trades. She received no reply during the course. Since then she has e mailed support a number of times with no reply until she mentioned she might turn up to their next event in Belfast to share her experience. She got confirmation that her monthly payment for the software was cancelled however did not get an answer to her questions about the forex pairs being highlighted in marvellously flashing lights from the software not meeting the criteria for taking the trade. It seems to be the only way to get a response from this shower is to complain publicly about their lack of response through the support e mail. It looks like they make most of their money through upselling as they tried to sell my wife a £100k funded account for £30k payment. Save your money and steer clear of this bunch, their slick sales presentation and flashy software hides a load of disappointment and frustration.

Don’t go here! Firstly what they are selling does not work - I bought this in December based on the sales pitch h at the live sales pitch dat that this software was AI intelligent and brought up trading pairs based on a number of “strategies” to trade
During training it became very clear that these pairs may not be suitable and you needed to checklist the options presented by the software
How intelligent is it then? Surely these options shouldn’t be generated if they don’t fit the trading conditions
Another sales hype with no substance - also I’ve tried to raise questions and concerns through chat and email with absolutely no success and more often not even a reply
Trying to get a refund but since no one answers me it’s unlikely
Think
I’ll go for a Section 75 claim through my credit card company
Avoid this!

Be careful, Once you purchase their initial course and software for £995 or £1995 (on you one day session of £19), you only then discover after few days that you must pay thousands more to get full access to the software and to learn the remaining strategies. This is absolutely unreasonable. They take £2,000 and teach almost nothing, and then tell you that you need to pay another £5,000 for the ‘Ultimate Wealth Course,’ and after that, £10,000 more for the ‘Master Trader Course.’ In reality, the courses are designed very cleverly to teach only the most basic concepts while keeping you dependent and encouraging you to buy more courses. The entire setup feels misleading and focused on upselling rather than genuinely teaching trading. I tried SMARTCHARTS software by paying 2K, which is marketed as an AI‑based trading signal software, but based on my personal experience, it simply didn’t work as advertised and claimed and had a lot of issues.
They initially invite people to a one‑day “training session” costing around £19–£20, but honestly, it felt far more like a sales pitch than real trading education. Most of the time was spent encouraging attendees to buy the software, rather than showing consistent trading results through any live trades, or clearly explaining how their strategies actually work.
One of the biggest problems is how inconsistent the signals are. The software will tell you to buy (go long) an asset and then, sometimes within 30 minutes, completely reverse the signal and tell you to sell (go short) the same asset. I followed these signals closely and ended up losing a significant amount of money, Also, their initial strategies are based on a 1:1 profit‑to‑loss ratio, which is absolutely ridiculous. This makes their strategies flimsy, unsuccessful, and prone to higher losses. I have had more losses than wins on their platform, and for testing purposes, I took the same trades on other trading platforms, using my own risk‑to‑reward ratios, and made more profit instead of losses.
The so‑called “Breakfast Breakout” strategy is especially frustrating. Signals are released at different times of the day telling users to enter trades. However, if the market moves against the position, the signal is often changed or reversed very quickly. This happened to me many times. On several occasions, the signal flipped direction two or three times within a couple of hours, which caused confusion and losses for anyone trying to follow the system as instructed.
It’s also worth mentioning that even the trades suggested by their coaches didn’t work. These trades are presented as expert guidance, but in my experience they were no more reliable than the AI signals and often led to losses as well. There was very little explanation around risk management or why a trade was being taken in the first place.
The “AI” itself seems to do nothing more than react to short‑term price movements. There’s no clear technical or fundamental analysis, and no real explanation as to why a trade is long or short. That doesn’t add much value, as anyone watching the market can already see price moving up or down without paying for software.
The major issue is with signals that are frequently changed after you’re already in a trade, which almost guarantees losses over time. Anyone with basic trading experience will understand how damaging this approach can be.
Overall, the people behind this product seem more focused on selling subscriptions and coaching courses than on actually trading successfully.
There’s also no proper feedback or support system where users can raise concerns. The software itself feels poorly designed, with usability issues and problems when placing trades or closing trades or stop losses.
