Great Experience

I needed a replica of my current frames…

I needed a replica of my current frames asap, found the exact make and model.

Love the "try it on" feature. The site allows measuring PD as well as face shape and provides proper dimensions of frames. I will definitely buy frames here again.

The frames arrived within 4 working days, no customs duty/VAT paid (price is all inclusive).

South African Order

Selection and payment where excellent. So was delivery, for the most part. There was a time where my shipment got stuck somewhere and communication could have been better.

Amaaazing service

I was doubtful at first, but trust me, this is so so seamless. The staff were so accommodative and also advised me based on my scrip uploaded vs selection. Post that they confirmed that what I selected was not what I needed and further said that based on the new selection, I had a refund. The processed it seamlessly and my glasses delivered and were the perfect script for me finicky eyesight.
