I first made contact with the company on their website. Resulting to visit the operation centre to discuss my requirements.
The team at the centre was very helpful in offering advices and making booking for my pending move .
The Smartbox arrived on time on the date and was picked up after loaded.
I also ordered another Smartbox two month down the track , absolutely hassle free.
When it was time to return the boxes to our new location the drivers were not only punctual, they were able to manoeuvred the box up a narrow sloped driveway .
All in all , very happy with their services , and highly recommended to anyone who wants a hassle free store and move .

Smartbox is the smartest decision we could have made to help our family with our move. One box took the clutter out of our ho e before open homes to sell, the second and third boxes held our belongings safely whilst we waited for settlement for our new home. Each time, the team who delivered the box, and the team who helped move our belongings into the box were amazing. No fuss, incredibly polite and no detail was missed. Super simple signup and process. The staff came and loaded my Uber Smart Box in a little over 2 hours (2 bedroom apartment), and the fee included the first months storage fee. Great for those who are looking to move house / office easily and affordably. Highly recommended

This was the best way to move home, it easy, the staff are exceptionally helpful, would highly recommend it for anyone moving or wanting to store their belongings - its simply the BEST

We had our box delivered sometime mid covid, left on street, we filled it up, was taken away, kept onsite for a few years as we had no space to collect it back, we were worried our furniture (couches mainly) may be mouldy etc but everything in perfect condition and smelt nice like the pine interior box that arrived in the solid outer. Price increased over time marginally but thats life (maybe my only one star less rating). Great customer service as well

This was the fourth time we’d used Smartbox and they managed to do an amazing job once again. Nothing was too difficult for them and the guys, Alex and Juan went above and beyond. Thanks for making our experience so seamless.

The car was kept well, the charge was maintained and I just got in and drove off. Everyone was accommodating and professional.

Smartbox and the team are amazing! I have used them twice during our moving process and they have been brilliant! Great customer service, very responsive, good communication all the way through.
