I'm very happy with the professional, smooth and fast process for applying for and getting my SBA loan. They have a very good application menu for collecting my paperwork with a lot of help along the way. Their loan manager Teddy was very helpful and treated me in a very professional manner.

Very unprofessional, no attention to detail. Took their sweet time to deal with my PPP-2 application, then after the deadline of the program emailed me that paperwork wasn't in order. Which is incorrect. It was all perfectly organized, filed and submitted to them..
So basically they "cost" me 20K of a loan that I did not get. Because of their unprofessionalism..

This process was quick and easy with no red tape.

The whole process was very difficult. Very bad to no customer service mixed messages. Took me the whole day to upload documents because smartbiz website would not upload. Couldn't verify my identity until I made a complaint with Burea of Finance. recieved a call a few days later. First time I ever spoke with anyone. I am trying to apply for loan forgiveness but once again no customer service from smartbiz or Lendistry. Cant get loan number.

Smartbiz caused me to not get a second PPP I was entitled to because of inaccurate questions about the first draw needing to be completely used. I had only received my first draw mid April.

Please assist me in finding out how to get my loans forgiven. I need explanation and direction on who and where do I send my docs and information to. Please call on send me instructions

After my experience with my first PPP loan, I decided to not depend on just one application for my second PPP loan. I used three different sources for my 2nd loan and SmartBiz came through the quickest. The funds were running out and I am glad I used SmartBiz! I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks!

Great process / needs a little heads-up time. Overall, I cannot complain about the process, in detail. It's one of the better loan companies I've dealt with, across the board. The only thing that surprised me was the short turnaround that I needed with signing documents. Fortunately, I was able to fill out the majority of what I needed on my phone, but I almost missed the deadline! Thankfully, everything went through without a hitch, but I'd like a little more heads up when it comes to when documents might be coming my way (i.e. expect some document-signing in a week or two). That way, when I'm planning to be out of town, I can anticipate if I'd need my laptop. Overall, love the system and grateful for the service!

My SmartBiz experience was great! It was simple and easy to navigate through their site and the one time I had to call in, the representative was attentive and knowledgeable.
