I asked for an inspection report on a septic system for a property we are going to buy.

It's only a small company which maybe why the service was so good. Quick replies to emails, Nigel was able to visit the site quite soon after instruction, and issued a report very quickly. The report which had good photos and was easy to follow showed that Nigel had inspected everything he could gain access to, and we could ask for nothing more. Good job.

Good service really pleased with survey and report

Smart Drainage installed an Ensign 12 sewage treatment plant to serve our two houses to comply with up to date regulations.

Communication was first class from the initial survey through to quoting for the work and during the installation. The on-site team were tidy and kept the disruption both to our household routine and the ground to an absolute minimum. The spoil from the excavation was thoughtfully distributed and landscaped to blend in with the contours of the field. On the lawn where the trenches had be dug, the turves had been carefully removed and replaced reducing the visual impact to a minimum.

In conclusion, we were absolutely delighted with the work and it was a pleasure to meet everyone from Smart Drainage who had been involved with the project.

Excellent service from Nigel and his team, very professional with attention to detail,after digging up our drive and front garden which included steps, walls and a brick and slate pavement all put back as if it haven't been touched, they really are smart drainage, well recommended.

We required a CCTV survey of our drains. Nigel and his team were very efficient at doing this and produced a report that was easy to understand, even for someone who has no idea about drains! All contact with Smart Drainage was very professional, friendly and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
