I am very pleased with the service…

I am very pleased with the service provided. The whole boiler service process went smoothly and without any problems. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and clearly from start to finish.

James Peter was very helpful throughout the process and made everything easy to understand. I am satisfied with the service and would be happy to recommend Smart Cover.

In my opinion, this insurance is one of the best and most cost-effective ways to keep your boiler protected and ready to work when needed.

Great customer service

James Peter serviced my boiler. He was friendly, efficient & informed me of what he was doing. He spent a good amount of time servicing which was not like other boiler engineers who do a quick 10 min job and then say right I’m done. I would highly recommend James Peter. - great customer service.

Great company to get insurance for your washing machine

Great service engineer came out and fixed the washing machine because we are both in wheelchairs we need our washing machine

Honestly please don't use this company

Honestly please don't use this company

I join them and paid for the top package to cover everything in my Home and paid is all up from as they told me I couldn't pay monthly.

I now have any electrical fault in my property with the upstairs lights.

And they won't fix it due to it not being a full failure in my property.

Who pays to cover hal of there home honestly worse company going
