I started trying to contact your sales support team 2 times about two weeks via your website msg ago to inquire about the return process, but I haven't received a reply yet. This is really disappointing. I feel absolutely no after-sales service whatsoever.

Terrible service

What an incredibly bad experience with Smallable!

On April 7th, I placed an order worth €188. The money was immediately taken from my account, yet I never received any order confirmation.
I have now sent four emails. At first, they outright denied that any payment had been made — despite clear confirmation from my bank that the transaction was successfully processed. Then I received a reply containing completely incorrect information related to the wrong order number, even though I had clearly provided the correct one.
As for my last two emails? Completely ignored. No response whatsoever.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Terrible customer service, no accountability, and a complete lack of communication. I am left without a confirmation, without my order, and without my money.
I strongly advise others NOT to order from here.

Long time client, not anymore

Long time client. Super disappointed by the non transparent, poorly communicated, and unfair duties and tarrifs are applied to Canadian orders ever since the unrelated US tarrif situation arose.
Other countries are NOT subjected to this and are still receiving duty rebates and yet Canada was unfairly lumped in with the US. We are NOT the same country and this is biased and absurd.

A free tote that I didn’t even want…

A free tote that I didn’t even want caused a huge problem with customs because someone from your company declared the item to be worth $12,000. It was a complete headache and a nightmare to deal with.
I would like to add that Smallable’s customer service was wonderful, and this was just an oversight. The items I received were lovely as well.

Sells Overpriced Unfit for Purpose Products

I bought a Hay Sowden toaster from Smallable a while ago (just over 3 years ago) and while I understand I cannot seek to have any refund as it is well outside the time period, I am writing to register a complaint with that product on its supplier, as it should be discontinued. Smallable sells products that are too expensive and do not work. The toaster may look nice but it never worked very well throughout its lifespan, sometimes failing to heat toast adequately. It is very flimsy, and finally it broke. This product is not fit for any purpose except looking nice, for people who don't actually toast bread.
Please note that I have since amended my review score as smallable is not to blame for a faulty product which is impossible to review except through its suppliers. I am grateful for smallable’s response which was promptly received. My order number was 8994204.
