All was going well it was my last…

All was going well it was my last payment that I split in two I asked the customer service person that if I make the manual payment you won’t schedule the automatic payment they said yes . They sent me a link to make the payment I made the payment on time and I open my account and there was another payment for the same amount despite them telling me no they took the auto payment I contacted them and they said we apologize there was an auto payment on my account and told me I will have my money back in 5 to 10 business days which is not fair at all very very bad experience

Absolutely on the ball with communication, they catered for my needs with regards to the payments, when I needed to change the amount and/or date they delivered! I would not have been able to organise my trip if it wasn't for this payment plan so thank you!

Worst experience EVER

I used them as a travel agent in June on 2025 and have yet to recieve my commission. It’s been months of back and forth and only excuses. They keep telling me they will send it then it’s not sent. Then I’m told ask my agency, reached out to my agency they said that slice never gave them the information that they need so I need to reach out to slice. I reached out to slice pay again only to be told as my agency smh. They are such a scam…..if the client paid late that has nothing to do with the agent not getting paid my commission. You charge ridiculous fees so why penalize the agent? Not to mention the commission is not much but it’s the principle. No wonder the host agency cut ties with them, don’t spend your money with the save and pay for your flight.

Best experience. It’s so much easier paying instalments but also when I got into a bit of a pickle they were so communicative with me and very helpful to my needs I will definitely use them again.

Made a dream trip for my family a possibility

I wanted to take my kids to Dubai so bad but the tickets there were out of my ability to pay all upfront. This company made it possible though. And during my pay off period with them there were times I fell behind and thought I was going to lose my tickets and any money I already paid. But every time I had to talk to support about my financial struggles they worked with me and made sure I was able to complete my payments when I could. I highly recommend!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. The price difference in add ons such as seat selection etc can be quite high through their vendors but that is all that stood out that was challenging but that’s on the broker, not Slice. I would LOVE to see more specials or more economical travel agency’s

We do find in most scenarios, locking in the flights early with Slice Pay is far more cost effective than leaving it to when you have the funds readily available (even with the hold fee incorporated).

In saying that, there is no restrictions on the types of fares you can book using Slice Pay, so locking in an earlybird deal or an airline special offer sounds like an even better saving!
