Very easy to deal with from the start

Very easy to deal with from the start. Easy payment set up, easy to make changes and resubmit payments, and very swift communication. Honestly can’t fault my dealings with Slice Pay.

First I was skeptical of trusting any company that promised they will check your credit history because I had issues with my credit when I purchased the ticket. Now I just want to thank you for making the payment stress free and your professionalism.

I was unable to get in touch with…

I was unable to get in touch with customer service in a timely manner. Definitely need better communication between customer and business and not only email that could take a while!

Great End Result…

I have edited this review at Slice Pays request, and to be fair, they did manage to turn things around for me in a big way and I’m thankful. I do have to point out however that for 5 days, they replied to my emails with inaccurate and generic information (placing the blame for a slow refund/lack of info on the airline).

Thankfully though, all it took was a two star review on TrustPilot (after me being in tears for 5 days desperately emailing them) for them to take action.

Anna has been very good, she called me after my two star review and promised that my refund would be sped up, and it was. She was great. So now my Daughter’s once in a lifetime trip to Aus for her 16th/celebrating the end of her exams, can go ahead again (avoiding the Middle East of course which was the reason our flights were cancelled).

Just a shame my emails fell on very apathetic and unconcerned eyes for that 5 days from hell.

The best option for your holiday

To be able to pay in instalments is the best option for some of us who can’t pay in one go. I will definitely recommend and use again in the future.
