There is no doubt that slice is a good network. They certainly have great speeds and brilliant coverage where all others totally fail. So far very happy, only one small gripe and an issue I have come... See more

I have nothing but praise for this network. My only communication ( via live chat) was with George, but mostly Tobi. Both helped with my questions and were always polite and helpful. I had a bit of trouble porting my number in ( long story), although a learning curve for me, however Tobi was a legend. He supported me from start to finish and would always communicate with me regarding the progress. I found Tobi really upbeat despite it not being a quick fix, but all sorted now.
If you are thinking of transferring to this network, don’t think twice. The Slice app, the Slice staff and the network are all MINT. Have a trial of the network for 7 days. There are incentives of money off and getting money back. What’s not to love ?
I hope to be with this network now for the foreseeable future ( if they will have me lol)😂.
Thank you all of you 🙏🏽.
Keep being yourselves and doing great work for Slice mobile🙏🏽

Never Had major issues with it. The pricing is good. When your communicating with the customer service team it feels like your talking to real humans unlike other SIM providers. Good company sad to see it go

Stay away from this Company they take your money then Terminate your account, go with a well known company that you know you can trust as believe me this isnt one of them

I really like being part of a small start business.
There have been a couple of initial glitches but I think that’s more to do with the general e-sim technology.
The customer service is the reason I have continued to stay, as they respond immediately, are really kind and helpful. I really appreciate getting an answer straight away rather than going through AI or call centres.
It’s also affordable!

Fantastic service, easy setup and great CS. Prices are great compared with other providers. EE network too. Have never had any issues.

I took the option to trial Slice Mobile and I have to say, I am impressed! Running in the EE network, I live in Llandudno, north Wales, which the town centre is notorious for poor signal coverage with other networks, but EE's signal is really good. Fast 5G speeds, I have reluctantly just transferred to this network from VOXI Mobile, which went smoothly without any snags. I will be recommending this network to my family and friends. I took the £15 60GB offer. So far so good! Well done Slice Mobile for such a smooth transfer.

Benny and the Slice team are legends! They go out of their way to help the best way they can 👌

Overly expensive with service below average standard. Doesn’t include many features that other companies have. Customer service is useless, frequent technical issues which they cannot solve and a very backwards approach to dealing with enquiries

Very disappointed with Slice Network due to misleading trial eligibility and lack of transparency.
I previously used Slice, then left the network. Five months later—well beyond the 90-day grace period stated in their own terms—I ported my number back from a different provider using a new PAC code, expecting to be treated as a new customer.
At no point was I informed that I would not receive the free trial. The only indication was within the application, which showed “trial ended” after my number had already been ported, despite no trial being applied in the first place.
This appears inconsistent with Slice’s own terms, which state that customers who leave and rejoin after 90 days are treated as new customers. Showing “trial ended” without prior notice or explanation is misleading, especially once porting is complete.
As a result of this experience, I have now applied for another PAC code again. If returning customers are not eligible for a trial, this should be clearly communicated upfront and before porting, not revealed only after the fact in the app.

As a Founding Slicer, I can honestly say this is a great mobile network to be with.
The standout feature is the cashback you get at the end of the year. It’s a genuine reward for loyalty that you won’t really find anywhere else.
Plus, they are sometimes offering "free things" and community perks—it actually feels like they care about their customers.
Performance-wise, it piggybacks on EE, so the coverage and 5G speeds are some of the best in the UK. I’ve never had a connectivity issue, and on the rare occasion I’ve needed help, the customer service has been great.
If you’re looking for a network that gives back instead of just taking, Slice is it.

I have an ongoing network issue in my area that's affecting my calls and the receiver cannot hear me at all the staff are very friendly and helpful trying to get this resolved and provided me a free months of service for the inconvenience

It’s so seamless! I’ve never seen anything but 5G and it’s so quick. Very impressed
