Excellent customer service
I ordered the shower steamers as a gift, and the delivery was then stuck at 'handed over to Royal Mail' for a few days. Concerned about the package not arriving on time, I emailed SMUG to ask if they had any further updates, and they were incredibly proactive when it came to finding information about my order, and then subsequently ended up sending out a free replacement when the package was deemed lost. I was very pleased with the quality of the customer service that I received

Shower steamers
Ordered two shower steamers for presents for my daughters. Only one arrived but when I notified the company they were very quick to reply and rectify the mistake.

I ordered the accupressure mat and pillow as a birthday gift. Nearly 10 days later it has not arrived. I have reached out to customer services with no real resolution. The last tracked date was 24 November - 4 days ago. So very disappointed, as no clear solution has been offered. Very poor customer service. I am hoping for a full refund on my purchase. Please buy with caution:( Money is short, so I feel very anxious that I am now out of pocket with no parcel and no solution:((

Your order was dispatched within our usual timeframe, and we do advise 3–6 working days for delivery. As we’re now just at the end of that window — and with the Christmas period causing some delays — it’s possible the parcel may arrive today or on Monday.
We agree that the lack of tracking updates is unusual, and we are actively looking into this with the delivery service using the shipment details provided.
Please rest assured: if your parcel does not arrive, we will absolutely provide a solution for you. Whether that’s a replacement or a full refund, you will not be left out of pocket. We will be in touch directly as soon as we have further information.

Fantastic products
Fantastic products. The bamboo of the material is lovely and soft and as it’s a renewable, easily grown product is harvested safely and is kind to the environment and the skin. I have purchased several pairs of knickers and bralette tops and the choices have been excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company as they are both ethical and environmentally friendly. Their products excellent.
