King sized mattress suits me well and my partner who has back problems sleeps much better. Our only criticism is sizing … it’s slightly longer and slightly less wide than our king sized bed. Its depth... See more

Being a frequent Travelodge user, decided to purchase mattress supplied to Travelodge , unfortunately this one is nowhere near as comfy

First the important stuff... the mattress is great, and the price was good. Reason enough for 5 stars? Maybe. Where Sleepeezee have set themselves apart is in their after sales support. We had an absolute nightmare with the courier ParcelForce... who over a 2 week period sent me multiple impending delivery emails followed by 'we were not able to deliver' later that same day. A variety of reasons were quoted... we weren't in (we were), 'incorrect address' (it wasn't), or just 'failed delivery'. Last update was it had been sent back to Sleepeezee, but then the next day it turned up at my house. Whilst I don't hold Sleepeezee responsible for these delivery issues, they were very supportive and owned their overall experience. Things don't always go right, but you get a measure of a company for how they respond when it doesn't.

Fairly good service: informed me it would take some weeks to manufacture/deliver mattress.
Then they were frequently in touch to a) arrange a convenient delivery date, and b) to remind me of this and update me as to the precise delivery time - good
Mattress is better than old one, obviously, but since it was a travelodge copy, i expected it to be better than it is - is that because i have bought a single, and TL ones are doubles?
One annoying point: the mattress came with that evil square bar code - which i have no means of decoding (i have brick telefone), so, get in touch to tell me how to register for garantee and maintenance
thanks, lp

Extremely comfortable. Only one slight Cristian, the buttons are very deep and protrude so a light mattress topper is needed.

Please please please read the reviews around 1 and 2 year old mattresses before getting one either direct or through any retailer selling this brand.
When you lie on these products in the shop they are so perfect and supportive, comfortable and luxurious but it doesn’t last long - they are very poor.
We’ve had ours 2 years and it’s got a really deep permanent sag on it, it’s not normal settlement as they will try and tell you, it’s a failure to produce a quality product, our previous brands in years of mattresses have never done this.
The retailer came out and inspected and sent all the photos to Sleepeezee but they now want money upfront for an independent inspection. Looking at other reviews, this is just more money down the drain, as they will just say it’s normal settlement, you’re best putting the £45 towards a new, better quality mattress.
We are now going down the consumer rights act route instead.

The mattress is absolutely fine but we were far from satisfied at the service of your courier.
The first delivery didn’t turn up and we weren’t advised of this and I had to do a lot of chasing with the courier. One of your advisors was very helpful and quickly got to the bottom of the issue.
Unfortunately, when the mattress was delivered I had to refuse it as it had got damaged.
Finally, we received a replacement mattress two days before Christmas and we are really pleased with it.
You did refund the charge for disposal of our old mattress and we appreciated this after the problems we had experienced.
We have no issues with Sleepeezee, just the courier.

This is our second Travelodge Dreamer mattress. Our first mattress we had for a number of years, I do not know now if this one will last as long. Have rotated it & turned it but already it has started to show slight dips. Does not feel as firm as our previous mattress. We are not heavyweights (9stone & 10stone)

The mattress is excellent as we would expect and worthy of 5 stars but their delivery ‘partner’ called AITHD is beyond dismal. Three attempts at delivery with ridiculous excuses and blaming their client Sleepezee who had given them all the correct information. 1st attempt the mattress apparently was lost. Second delivery the driver was about 8 miles away when he phoned to say head office wouldn’t allow the delivery because someone had typed one digit in our postcode incorrectly even though they had our full address. They actually took the mattress away ! Third delivery they actually turned up with a different driver who still had the mistyped postcode but apparently had some common sense. They then denied the fact that I had organised our old mattress to be taken away. A brief showing of the invoice and a customer about to insert the mattress into any part available of their truck seemed to again spark some common sense. Great mattress but Sleepezee seriously need to look at how they do their deliveries.

Not 2 months old yet & already starting to sag ! These are marketed as the same as the ones in the hotel but that’s clearly not true , very disappointing . 2/10

We bought this mattress one year ago and still cant sleep on it due to its hardness. We're both side sleepers and starting getting hip and and shoulder pain even though we're only in our 40's and not particularly skinny. There's no option to return so were stuck with it now. Eventually had to buy a 10cm foam topper so we could tolerate it but this is so frustrating as we didn't want a foam mattress as is quite hot to sleep on. Very disappointing
