Skywings link to Cathays airline
My flight was booked easily and correspondence was great. Confirmation email sent immediately with all of the flight details within 24hrs. After my booking I joined Cathays Airlines (as my flights were with them) but I needed a PNR number to join. I emailed Skywings and Carol Smith in admin came back to me in no time. I also wanted to add my flight points to my membership but because this wasn't done at the time of booking it said I would need to do it at the airport. I replied to Carol and asked if she could do this for me and after sending her my membership number she came back to me and had done it. Excellent service from Skywings admin team!!!

Very bad service.we travel abroad then…
Very bad service.we travel abroad then our return flight cancelled and we contact Skywings for reschedule they said they will do and everyday I called from abroad over 10 days we wear stuck more than 10 day and have to pay for the hotel change ad all the other expenses on our own.we are away from work kids away from school.
Finally we had book new flight on our own way to comeback.
After we back I have requested refund
After 150 emails and over 100 times call they keep delaying to push me to give up.
Finally I had to go to their office after 4 months to get money
They charged me £3000 but refund £800.
Very poor service.
The name call Carol who dealt the case with unprofessional and very cheap and cheated us.

Please note that the refund amount was calculated based on the return portion that remained unused, in accordance with the airline’s refund calculation.
We have assisted thousands of customers who were affected by these cancellations. Due to the unprecedented volume of schedule changes and refund requests, the airlines experienced significant delays in processing refunds.
