Very helpful in rescheduling my return flight. Dealt with Ali who had made my original booking and he was most helpful, prompt and responsive and tried to find me a booking with the least fare difference. It was school rush so I had fork out quite a bit, but that was no fault of his! Would recommend !

I made a booking on line
I made a booking on line, but for some reason the on line failed. Ali Waris Khan called me to go through the booking and made the booking process very smooth. I also needed the e-tickets urgently for visa. Ali sent the tickets promptly, unlike other companies that take up to 48 hours.

Absolutely outstanding service from Ali Waris Khan at Skywings Travel.
I had an inquiry regarding my ticket and honestly couldn't believe how quickly Ali dealt with it. From sending my inquiry to receiving his response took less than 40 seconds! That has to be one of the fastest responses I've ever received from any travel company.
Ali was professional, efficient, helpful and clearly on top of everything. My e-ticket was dealt with immediately, giving me complete peace of mind about my travel arrangements.

Second time we used Skywings and we would use them again
This is the second time we have used Skywings , the prices were very competitive and the service was excellent.
We changed the dates to get a better price a number of times and Jenny Brown was very helpful.
We had difficulties with payment as our Bank initially stopped payment but Jenny was patient and helpful
We would have no hesitation in using Skywings again .
