First time booking through Sky Wings
I was having difficulty booking online using my card so I called Sky Wings and Kevin helped me out with my booking and payment. It was my first time booking with an agent searching best quotes through Sky Scanner so was a bit nervous about the booking. Kevin assured me from the beginning that all bookings from onward to return will be confirmed soon. I did call Kevin few times asking questions about my E Tickets but he kept reassuring me and was very polite and calm, did not get edgy about my repeated calls. I must admit that Sky Wings Customer Service is very good as calls are answered promptly by experienced, polite people. I will book my future flights through Sky Wings as its peace of mind and can get through to the agents with any queries. Thank you Kevin for all your professional politeness help for my family booking.
