I am sorry to hear that you were unable to change the language and currency settings.
Skyscanner is available in more than 30 languages and over 150 currencies. If you wish to change your language and currency settings, please follow these instructions:
On our desktop website, click on the globe icon at the top of the website. You will see a drop-down list where you can select your preferred language and currency.
On our mobile website, you can change the language and currency by scrolling all the way down to the Regional settings at the footer.
On our mobile app, the language will match the language selected in your phone settings. You must change the language in your phone settings to view that language in your Skyscanner mobile app. To change the currency display, please click Profile > Settings > Currency.
As for the baggage filters, we don't currently have this feature on Skyscanner. Thank you for letting us know that this is something you would like to see. I have shared your feedback with our Product team.
We are continuously working on different projects, testing and experimenting to improve user experience, so feedback from our regular users is very important to us.
