include only reliable site that provide…

include only reliable site that provide good service and promote those site which trusted by so many. teaflight stressed people out. booked but NO Sit available??? waited for hours to have email confirmation after payment. NO EMAIL conformation till 5 hrs before flight. called customer service multiple times until they said NO sit available on the flight I booked and will gave the money back. within 7 days period.

To ensure you check the offical airline website before booking with skyscaaner

I booked flights to Hanoi — Scoot for the outbound trip and Singapore Airlines for the return. To my horror, I was informed the next day that the return flight was fully booked. As I had back-to-back meetings, I missed a call from the agent, which came from an unfamiliar international number. Naturally, I assumed it was a scam call. I also had no time to check my personal email during the day. The least they could have done was to WhatsApp or text me to highlight the urgency of the situation — but there was no follow-up.

I only managed to respond around 5 PM Singapore time, by which point I was told that, due to no response, they had cancelled my return booking. I was then forced to scramble for a last-minute alternative, booking a budget airline flight with multiple stopovers, resulting in a total travel time of over 7 hours back to Singapore.

My main concern is this: if the return flight was already fully booked according to the official airline website, why wasn't the system able to capture that at the point of booking?

The best search engine for flights

I have been using Skyscanner to search for and compare airfares.

I like the ease of use and efficiency of the platform. With the filter function, we can shortlist the flights that meet our requirements.

Skyscanner also provides a comprehensive list of airlines and flights which made searching for flights easier and saves time.

Lots of options and information

Lots of options and information. Great information about the hotels and also flights which I used it for, mainly.
Also being updated with the change in prices was so handy.

No luggage for a long haul flight!!!

I cannot understand why would a long haul (SIN-PARIS) flight comes without luggage for a full service flight, and not even an add-on is available!!!!

As a travel search tool, Skyscanner doesn’t hold information about luggage prices or allowances for specific airlines or travel agents. Depending on the flight provider, the rules, conditions, and prices for luggage can vary, so it’s always a good idea to check with the airline or travel agent directly before you make your reservation.

Usually, the travel provider whom you have selected would show the baggage information for the flight once you have landed on their booking page.

I understand that you have booked a long-haul flight operated by a full-service carrier. However, for now, some full-service carriers provide different ticket types, whereas some do not come with checked-in baggage.

It would be worth contacting the travel provider with whom you have booked, and they might be able to assist you directly with the baggage add-on. Alternatively, you can also try to add the baggage directly on the airline's managed booking page.
