Ours is new. We’ve tested it with the complimentary test GB. We did Google Meet with friends for 1 ½ hours and consumed 0.7 GB. We were able to roam our property and show views we couldn’t with our home wifi, due to limits of the home wifi signal. It worked fine. The setup is easy. The service plan menu is varied. Ours will be an emergency source, so we’re going with the Global GB. Solis customer service was very responsive to all questions we had. We travel extensively to foreign locations, so our Solis will always be at the ready. A fellow traveler recommended Solis when we had a communication issue while overseas. We’re now confident we can have secure wifi anywhere we travel.

We just had to go through a cable less/ Wi-Fi less month and while we are T mobile phone users and had their hot spots due to towers being down the signal was weak. So I searched and found Solis Lite it immediately got us back online on multiple carriers depending on which window I placed it in!!! We Love Solis, and living in Hurricane prone Fl it’s a must!!!

Easy to set up and select a program, easy to add data! Traveled thru Greece and Italy and never had an issue. Charged it and tucked it into my day pack and had connectivity where ever we went. No worries about foreign networks or hidden roaming charges. Set the phones in airplane mode and connect thru WiFi. Especially helpful using maps and navigating cities-walking or by car.

We took our Skyroam hotspot to Europe it and found it to be an excellent source for safe internet. The pictures I took with my phone while linked to my Solis helped by identifying where I was for each shot. I loved that as I traveled to numerous sites and the labeling would have been difficult without my Solis device.

The Skyroam product ( I have had 2) is extremely easy to set up, and use. I have traveled extensively with it, including remote areas in Iceland and the forests of Costa Rica. It s surprising how t can get signals, and now even offers a signal scan if you need better connectivity. I have referred two of my friends who have bought them, and even bought one for a couple we traveled with who just loved ours. Customer service is always excellent, and the Daypasses especially on sale are incredibly worth it. Highly recommend as a 6 year user.

I like Skyroam because I can purchase data as needed instead of a subscription. I also like that it is available worldwide.

I love using my Solis - Skyroam whenever I travel. It has not failed me and is ever reliable. I wish the product could be made a bit smaller to fit easily in my purse.

Solís lite is a great resource for traveling and staying connected. It is practical, comfortable to wear and works fast. I'm loving 'it.

The small size so easy to carry. The great connectivity. The ability to share WiFi with friends. Finally the speed of the connection I used it on the Shinkansen while traveling at high speed.

This is a MUST for someone who travels and/or works remotely. I do both! I used my Solis in Qatar, China, The Philippines, and the US. I used it in a moving vehicle after I ran out of data at 3:00 AM. I was lost and I needed my phone's map to get me to the airport for my early flight. I have also used it when my home WiFi was down and I needed a back-up for work! I LOVE THIS THING!

I love my Skyroam. I’ve used it with great success all over the world, but most recently it was even a lifesaver at home in Europe. The regular internet went down and my Skyroam hooked into a 5g network when my iPhone couldn’t. Was able to conduct work video conference calls without problem. Would recommend Skyroam to anyone.

While traveling recently in Peru and Ecuador, I used my Solis/Skyroam wifi hotspot to stay connected with my family and friends when not using hotel wifi. I also was able to allow my travel mates (up to 10 users total) the same connectivity. This trip took place during the first two weeks of October 2022. I discovered Skyroam on a trip to China 3 years ago and had the same wonderful experience.

I was able to use my unit in several countries in Europe on my 70+ day adventure. Some days the signal was better than others, but I think that this was due to the quality of the local signal. I was able to use it on several trains in Italy that did not have wifi on board. The unit is small enough to carry anywhere. It holds it charge for long periods and is easy to charge. I would recommend buying the optional carrying case to protect the unit and keep your cable. I have several day passes in reserve, but I try to purchase monthly global passes when offered by sky roam. I am very satisfied with this product and would recommend its’use for anyone who travels. I have used it many times with 2 units using the WiFi with no problems. I also appreciate the regular communication from Solis to keep me informed of products, services, discount offers and updates. Buy this product! You won’t regret it. Peace.

So far so good, i went to Saudi Arabia and the service was gr8. i have fast internet and strong signal in my whole trip. The battery is very good and overall Solis is very good product from other similar product on the market.

I purchased the Solis to use in my car while I am on the road. I trade the market in between work appointments. It’s important for me to have access to internet as soon as I need it. There are not enough hotspots while traveling around, so when I saw this, I was very interested in seeing if it worked. Without internet access, I could lose a lot of money. I would pull over in a parking lot and within 2 minutes, I had the solis and my laptop connected. It was almost like I was on my home internet . Love it!

Took the Skyroam unit from Toronto to NYC then on to Barcelona, the Provence region of France, Lisbon, Porto then to London before returning home. It performed admirably. Constantly connected and supported mulitple users. No issues with connectivity. Used the global 1GB reloads easily. The unit does get a little warm especially if it is in your pocket or bag so be careful what you have near it (such as chocolate... )

Changes the game with travel, gives you really affordable internet everywhere you go. The device is really small so it fits basically anywhere. I do recommend the case, helps keep the device from getting damaged and keeps the cables all together. Battery life lasts roughly all day, also doubles up as a battery charger also. Every once in a while you have to do a tower search if you aren’t getting a good connection and it will reestablish the connection with more nearby towers. Been using these things for years and they are a life saver. Even great for extremely expensive cruise ship internet, won’t work at sea but will work everywhere the ship is docked and if it is close to shore. I used to rent them for the duration of my travels and I finally broke down and bought one and I’m really glad I did. The literally work pretty much anywhere in the world, used em all over Italy, top of the Swiss alps was no problem, all over the most remote places in Greece, all through Japan including way in the mountains. Charges back really fast also.

Solis is super easy to use. The product is fantastic. You are still at the mercy of cell phone reception. As long there is signal this product is awsome!
