Before we even purchased a theme, we received plenty of advice, support, and help from Sonal S. Sinha — so the choice was an easy one. And for just $41, we didn’t only get a professional, well‑built theme; we also received some of the best support I’ve ever come across.
Within two days, they handled everything: migrating our old WP theme to the new one, fixing every glitch that appeared, and even helping me with tasks that were technically mine to do (like clearing the cache [blush]).

The theme itself is beautiful and easy to use, the pricing is very good as well. But the standout feature is definitely the customer service. They updated a very old theme for me to the newest version, so that didn´t have to rebuild the whole site. Very quick, without any problems. I highly recommend SKT Themes to anyone looking for high-quality themes backed by a world-class support team. Keep up the good work!

Contact form didn't work anymore. I asked for help. Within a day it was fixed. They had replaced it with a different type of contact form. But everything still looked the same. Except that now it worked. So thanks!

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with SKT Themes has been unbelievably disappointing and frustrating.

First of all, the theme I purchased looked decent in the demo, but the actual installed version was nowhere close to what was advertised. The design broke, elements didn’t align, customization options were missing, and nothing worked the way it was shown. It felt like I bought a completely different and poorly coded product.

Their documentation is outdated, incomplete, and barely helpful. Most of the “features” displayed in the demo simply do not exist or function properly in the real theme.

The support team dismisses every issue, blames the customer, and refuses to take responsibility. Instead of accepting the flaws in their product, they keep repeating the same line: “We don’t offer refunds.” Even when clear evidence was provided, they kept denying the problems and implying the customer is at fault.

Performance-wise, the theme slowed down my website drastically—even on a clean installation with zero plugins and a high-performance server. This clearly means the theme itself is poorly optimized.

To make matters worse, their attitude is extremely unprofessional. Instead of genuinely helping, they try to invalidate every concern and portray the customer as “making baseless claims.”

In short:

❌ The theme is misleading

❌ The code quality is poor

❌ Documentation is useless

❌ Performance is terrible

❌ Support is defensive and unhelpful

❌ No refunds even when the product does not work

My client wanted some updates done to the footer of their website. When I logged in, clicked Footer, all the editing areas were invisible. I reached out to SKT. They sent me images of what I should be seeing and I sent them an image of what I saw. In less than 24 hours later the issue was investigated and solved.

We contract with this company not for the themes, but for their expertise in cloud server issues and WordPress / database problems.
When we got so frustrated with IONOS Managed Server, they recommended KnownHost.com for a virtual server, and they helped expertly in getting us migrated over. It has been relatively smooth sailing since the move.
The only issue I have with SKT Themes is that they are in a time-zone that is 11 hours ahead of ours (USA -Pacific Daylight Saving Time) so it is a little frustrating having two windows of time (very early mornings and late nights) in which we can get two or three emails passed between us before one of us has to quit for the night.
Their knowledge and skill with WordPress in general and the Elementor page-builder in particular are the best I've found in over a decade of blundering ahead. They have gotten me out of many messy problems I have caused.

I agree with the other that gave a poor review! They are indeed only after your money and it is a subscription trap. I was emailing them requesting the cancellation when they charged me a second time for a second theme, which I was not even aware of. Even though I clearly was in communication with them explaining I don’t need their services. They looked at my profile but went ahead and still charged me even more money. I don’t usually write reviews but they should at least allow refunds on the day of the subscription!

P. S. Yea, thank you for the refund after I complained. Also, all your renewals emails go into the promotion or spam folders. Thanks for the refund of one portion of the charge. So refunds are possible?!
