SignUpGenius made organizing student presentation sign-ups much easier because students could clearly see and select available time slots on their own. Having everything in one place reduced back-and-forth communication and confusion, and reduced fewer last-minute changes.

SignUpGenius is a clear, user-friendly platform that works well for scheduling presentations and managing sign-ups. It makes it easier for us to stay organized and have all the information in one location.

We are a parent booster club - a nonprofit organization that relies heavily on volunteers to operate our programs and events. We have used SignUpGenius for years to coordinate volunteer sign-ups and manage logistics.
Recently, our account became corrupted and began linking to a different account. As a result, we effectively lost access to years’ worth of sign-ups and historical data that are critical to our operations. For a volunteer-driven nonprofit, this is not a minor inconvenience — it directly impacts our ability to organize events, track participation, and serve our community.
We contacted SignUpGenius support immediately. Unfortunately, the response has been extremely disappointing. After more than a month of follow-ups, we have received minimal communication, no clear explanation, and no meaningful resolution. Because our account is not a paid enterprise tier (we did have a paid account so not sure what happened there), there is no phone support available, which has made resolving this urgent issue even more difficult.
The most concerning part is not just the technical failure, but the lack of urgency and accountability in addressing it. Nonprofits depend on reliability and responsive support. Losing years of data without a clear path to recovery is unacceptable.
We hope SignUpGenius will take this issue seriously and implement stronger safeguards and more responsive support for nonprofit users.

Helpful with SignUp for volunteers but the website is pretty clunky and not user-friendly. There is no way to duplicate Sign Ups for different events without having to re-create the entire sign up multipe times which is inefficient. The website also is very slow and not easy to maneuver. Also, not every signup has a "reminder" feature to remind volunteers of their signups.

I can tell that SignUp Genius made updates! I was actually able to duplicate one of my sign-ups (it never worked before!) The process of setting up a sign-up is so easy and gathering the data is simple. I use the free version and love it.

SignUpGenius is not only a breeze for creation of a volunteer sign up platform. In one short sitting, I duplicated a prior SignUpGenius for a new similar six week program, with all new dates. Easy peasy.

Great and Easy to create sign up for a parent conference, food sign up and more.

The site is so user friendly & intuitive. I have not had a single issue with creating any sign up genius.
