Above expectations. Delivery was fast and safe (through DHL). I was kept informed and the date of delivery was also kept, even though it's cross country . I already knew the Product I was ordering so I had no doubts about quality. Rather whether the site/service is reliable. All I can say is YES.

Delivery times are consistently inaccurate. At this point, I’d rather use Amazon—they can deliver from Germany to Cyprus in 4 days, while Skroutz struggles to deliver within a week from Cyprus.

The main reason for this rating is the unreliable delivery estimates. My order was originally promised for Wednesday. Then the tracking changed to Friday, then Saturday, and now Monday. Every time the expected delivery date arrives, it gets pushed back again.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. If delivery estimates cannot be met, they should not be advertised in the first place.

Great when things go to plan but absolutely rubbish if there are any problems. I ordered a pergola with a retractable roof and when I had assembled the item, the roof rails did not align making it impossible to operate the roof. I contacted support who advised me to return it but it was already fully assembled and attached to my patio before the problem became apparent. They then suggested they would send a technician to view the item but despite many emails, nothing happened

The company is a really responsible one as far as quality of product, punctuality on delivery id concerned. Happy to deal

Shipping was a mess, delay after delay customer service aren’t very helpful. Won’t use again unless it’s a lot cheaper or im not bothered waiting. Literally could order from china and it would be faster

The product is low quality, for a high price.

The delivery arrived on time, and everything was exactly as advertised.

Loyal customer with a significant purchase history. Contacted support in May because a coupon wasn't working on a product I wanted to buy. It took them 17 days to finally tell me the product wasn't eligible, by which time the coupon had already expired and I had lost the chance to use it on any other eligible product. Had they responded promptly, I would have simply bought something else and used the coupon before it expired.
They offered one third of the original coupon value as compensation, I disputed it, and since June 11th they have gone completely silent despite multiple follow-ups.
It's not about the money, it's about basic customer service. Not what I'd expect from Skroutz.

THEY SEND ME THE NOTIFICATION 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE DELIVEY I WAS IN MY APARTMENT AND WAIT I SEE THE CAR FROM THE WINDOW AND I SAY NICE THE GUY STOP FOR 2 SECONDS WITHOUT CALLING ME WITHOUT PRESS THE NUMBER OF MY APARTMENT NOTHING AND LEAVE ANDNI RECIEVE A MASSAGE THEY DDNT FIND ME.I START THE WORK AT 7 AND I COMING HOME 17 AND WAIT FOR THIS IDIOTA A HOLE WEEK AND WHEN I WAS HOME THEY DDNT NOTHING.DONT DO IT ITS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH THE WORST EVER
