Account Reactivation Request
I have requested to re-open my account after it was closed at my request long ago, and I cannot open a new one due to skrill's policies, which I respect.
I sent the request on the 7th and it's been 48hours already, no response on my email, nothing at all I check promotions, updates and spam, nothing.

I've worst experience with Skrill
I've worst experience with Skrill, after recieving money from my adobe stock portfolio, Skrill restricted my account and ask for address verification documents, I submitted and now I've to wait infinitely, they are not reviewing the documents for weeks. Support ticked is just bots replying, no human at all.

Account locked after deposit & KYC with ZERO notification email or support reply
I registered a Skrill account and made a deposit recently. Right after depositing funds, I was prompted to complete the KYC (identity verification) process. I submitted all requested documentation and opened a support ticket regarding the verification status.
It has been nearly a week with absolutely zero response on my ticket. What is worse, Skrill did NOT even send me a single email notifying me that my account had been locked. I only discovered that my account was restricted today when I manually logged into the app to check my KYC verification status.
I have not conducted a single transaction on this account other than the initial deposit. Locking an account with user funds inside without providing any warning, notice, or support response is completely unacceptable.
I expect Skrill customer support to urgently review my ticket, clarify my account status, and restore access or refund my funds immediately.
